Q: What type of push pins are needed? My regular ones aren’t working

A: The instructions state 10-12 mm. push pins so that would be 0.39370 to .47244 inches. There are so many cute decorative push pins available from wooden ones to include tiny clothespins to holiday!

I see a lot of people complaining about the pins not staying in but the instructions specifically state to use 10-12 mm. length push pins, only. Hope that helps.

The item is really great, it's so pretty. i'm seeing a lot of people reviewing that the pins don't hold because it's shallow. it's actually pretty deep, you have to give it a lil more effort when pushing down your pin.

Beautiful bulletin board, but, as others have noted, push pins do not stay securely in. I didn’t realize this until I had fully discarded all the packaging or I would return it. I feel like I just wasted $40 on a piece of junk.

Really like this frame but I spent an insane amount of time trying to put it up. The board we bought had poorly made and unbalanced hanging hooks which made the installation process so much longer than it should have been.
