It is mostly the organic that Ilike about it. Buckwheat is a good change from wheat. I would order it again.

Honestly, this wasn't what I thought. I thought this was a hot cereal of buckwheat flakes, like oatmeal. Not much a cold cereal fan in winter. It doesn't have much maple taste either Hopefully, some other person looking for hot cereal will realize that this is not that.

Didn't care for them very much. I thought they would maybe be coated in maple syrup and crunchier?? Both boxes were crushed in too, but the bags with the cereal weren't damaged.

Arrow head mills Maple Buckwheat Flakes are my Favorite! I love them ! I soak them; but they are crunchy if you like 'em that way too. I would definitely recomend this cereal !

These are a great gluten free alternative to rice cereal. The flakes are a nice size and do not get soggy. I found that it can be a little to crunchy if eaten right away, so best to let it soften up a bit before eating.

I have eaten these for several years and have found them to be delicious! They are satisfying and crunchy with just the right amount of sweetness. They do not taste “off” like some gluten free products; in fact, if you did not know it, you would be surprised to find out it is gluten free!

We love this cereal. Has a great crunch! Lovely sweet flavor, but not overpowering. Nice buckwheat flavor, slightly "nutty", but not overpowering. Subtle. We use the coconut or rice milk with it. Holds up well. Sometimes mix it with granola too. Kids LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!!
