Does not go up to 36.5” in Height
I bought this bassinet because I have a very tall bed. I purchased this bassinet because the measurement chart says it at the top height, the bassinet should measure to 36.5” from floor to top. At its max setting, it only goes up 29.5” from floor to top. Also- the product description says it has 8 height settings, but the bassinet only has 6 height settings. I am now trying to figure out how to safely use this bassinet since I got rid of all the packaging and baby will be here soon. Disappointed that I might not be able to use this as a cosleeper as I hoped.

Mattress isn’t level
Bought new and have only been using for 9 weeks. Noticed baby always had face smushed on drop down side of it, and checked to see it was tilted. It is installed correctly and the floor is not tilted, just the actual bassinet. Dangerous and upsetting.

Works!
This bassinet gives me a really easy access to my newborn. It gives him his safe space. Very portable and you can just toss the fabrics in the laundry for cleaning. It is easy to put back the parts as well. I didn’t even use the manual.

Sweet Dreams
As a new parent with little space in our current home, this bassinet is a perfect fit. Our new baby sleeps well and is less than a week old. Although it took some time and patience to put together, it is very sturdy. I love that it has storage and the ability to be wheeled room to room as needed. I wish I would have found this bassinet with our previous baby. Highly recommend!

Worked like a charm!
So we bought this from Target the day we got home from the hospital with our newborn as her Halo bassinet was not level. It was a safety risk so I ordered the only bassinet that Target could deliver same-day, expecting to end up getting another one after doing more research on some. Turns out, this bassinet is very low, but it was sturdy and we ended up using it until our baby was 6 months old! It’s still in great shape and our daughter had no issues sleeping in it. We felt that she was safe in this bassinet and honestly all these 1-star reviews seem wild to me! I docked a star because I do wish it was a little taller.

Legs not as pictured
I haven't had the problem of unlevel surface as described by other reviewers, my problem is that I have drawers under my bed and the images show retractable legs with the bassinet right up against beds with drawers. The bassinet that arrived has unadjustable feet that keep the bassinet a good 7 inches from the bed so the co-sleeping functionality doesn't happen. We bought it directly from the company's site, which didn't show any poor reviews, so I feel a little bit swindled.

Bedsurface is uneven and our baby rolls onto their side immediately after placing them down to sleep, risking a face down baby in the night. After reading other reviews I see this is a common issue. Why hasn't it been addressed?

Don’t like that I had to take the box spring from below my bed to make it level and also, my newborn ends up face against the mesh due to the bed being uneven which makes it so unsafe.
