Use ONLY mattress/pad provided with this product or contact the manufacturer for a replacement mattress/pad. Everything is locked perfectly in place and doesn’t stay locked with even the littlest push to the side causing the locked bottom to fail. This is the most flimsy and unsteady baby appliance i’ve seen in my life. My baby almost fell out last night. This NEEDS to be RECALLED.

This product is a hazard to a baby, it should be recalled. A big hassle trying to open, one side does not stay up, two sides will not fold or collapse. Returning to Target. Will find out how to file for a recall.

it lasted for a good 11 months but it was always so difficult to unlock and lock the top bars. currently have two cuts on my pinky for trying to lock it in place smh. it always was a struggle yo lock it but now it officially stopped

This pack and play is so cheaply made. we have used it a total of 2 times for our infant and when we went to use it for the 3rd time, we noticed that it had completely snapped on the bottom. it was also extremely hard to put together and take down and we felt that it was only a matter of time before something broke on this thing, however little did we know we'd only use it twice before that actually happened!

Its cute and all but I have only been using it for a month and it squeaks so bad when there is any type of movement. It is also incredibly difficult to lock in place AND unlock. I definitely wouldn’t buy it again.

We received this as a gift and weren't able to use it until our baby was 5 months old and we felt comfortable traveling. At first, we were so impressed and it worked well until we took it down. Like some other reviews, the issue was with the lock on the bottom. It would not stay unlocked even when the sides were undone. This resulted in the bottom breaking and it is now unusable. We are so disappointed. We have several trips planned this summer and must now purchase another. Please also note that the majority of positive reviews are from a promotion.

It doesn’t work. The top bars do not connect how they’re supposed to, and to release them takes literally two people to push the button. I wish I liked this, but it’s awful.

Easy to assemble/disassemble. Ours did not have the organizer in the box, which it shoukd have. Diaper change area is on a slant. You can't put a sheet on the bassinet (which is very small).

Piece of crap, don’t waste your time. Extremely difficult to snap in place, has sharp edges, doesn’t fold up well, one side of mine had screws pop out so now it’s broken and I’ve only had it for a couple months. In the trash now. Get something else.

The crib will not fold down all the way to fit in the bag or even the back seat. Bought for my granddaughter and it’s kinda useless. Bad buy and it’s miles away from a Target now.

one of the user already mentioned this issue in the reviews, after single use I'm unable to lock one side and the side that locked can't be collapsed. I'll traveling and stuck with this item in the hotel room unable to fold, can't fit in my car if not folded.

One side doesn’t lock. My infant is 18lbs and every time she stands up that one side falls down. It’s potentially dangerous because she could easily fall out of it. We stopped using it for that reason alone. What a waste of money!

Just horrible no wonder it was on sale. Sides will never lock. It took us 30 min of trying. I watched a YouTube video and looked at the instructions book which was in Spanish only with few pictures and it was no help, sides still won’t lock no matter how much we pulled. And when we finally got them to lock and tried to put the flat bed thing on 3 sides got unlocked so i gave up since it’s not safe for the baby anyways . Will return tomorrow and pay a little extra and get something better
