Item arrived broken and had 2 holes in it

The fold out mattress is terribly uncomfortable, a board with very thin foam on top. You can feel the gaps between the boards when folded out.

I ordered this 5 years ago with my oldest daughter and it was wonderful & sufficient. Ordered it for my youngest 2 months ago and the quality is horrible the frame doesn’t stay up even after you snap it in place. Any pressure it collapse you can’t utilize the changing pad or the bassinet. It’s completely useless unless your going to glue the pieces together then you won’t be able to move it if need be

I like that my grandchild will have a place to sleep at my house. My son in law said it’s great to have this at your house so we don’t have to pack up so much stuff. I wish I could change the cover on the bassinet and changing table.

the newborn insert and the changing table tilt, so I could not use them, the baby would roll to the side, I tried every way to put the newborn insert in and it still tilted. the mattress puffs up and also tilts which makes the baby roll, in the bassinet and when it is all the way down. Now the sides thst lock in place at the top, it just went down on its own and now wont stay up. I saw that on several reviews and thought maybe they were not doing it right, I should have trusted the reviews.

I would go with a different product, personally. The bassinet was convenient in the newborn stage but was outgrown within weeks. It has a fabric lining that cannot be washed so we had to spot treat it and that just didn’t cut it for us! The storage compartment can only be used if the diaper changing pad is attached but we do not need the changing pad so we can’t use the storage!

This was purchased for grandparents home instead of a crib. It looks as described. Read the instructions dont assume you know how it opens and locks. We didnt, once we did it assemble easliy. It weighs a few pounds, not heavy but not light. Have not used it so durability is just a guess. Has not been baby tested yet.

was using in bedroom for him to sleep in but since the bedding is literally cardboard it broke and hasn't even been 2 months of him sleeping in it. and we don't even have it on the basinet level we have it on the bottom so now we have to move him to his crib early bc the cardboard bedding of this is cracking.

Very compact and convienient. Stores away easily. Great versitility of uses.

The rails on this thing are absolutely terrible! Don’t unlock when you need them to, don’t lock when you need them to. Even when following directions EXACTLY as they say, this thing does not work. Don’t waste your money, buy a Graco!

I love it, a super easy product to assemble and very useful only that the newborn baby cradle could have been a little bigger.

This item was easy to set up, is sturdy, with lots of features that will make dealing with baby safe and easy.

This item collapsed two separate times with my baby in it! The first time I wondered if I did something wrong. The second time I was certain it wasn’t my fault either time.

Leaned forward and it snapped after only 2 days of use, right in the center so it's totally unusable. Got it as a gift without a gift receipt so in the trash it goes

I bought this a few years ago. 3 years to be exact. I have since kept it for future use. Pulled it out 2 1/2 years later and forgot exactly how to put it together. But once printing the instructions I remember why I loved it so much! Its everything you need in simplicity. Hope you enjoy this as much as I have. I plan to keep it for the years to come as little's show up and come over to spend the night!

I used this all the time when my baby was little. I loved the napper and changing table. Once my baby outgrew the bassinet, it was great being able to lay him down without having to lay all the way over the rail. We used this playpen until my baby was over the weight limit. The locking pull tab was different than I was used to but once I learned how to work it, it was very easy.
