A: Thanks so much for reaching out! While the science around coral reefs is still evolving, we understand the need to protect the environment. While different destinations have different “Reef Safety” legislation, we are happy to share that most of our sunscreen products are made without oxybenzone and octinoxate and we are currently working to reformulate the remaining products to remove these ingredients. Be sure to check the label for the full ingredient list.

Branding this as “mineral enriched” is so misleading. It’s a chemical sunscreen and definitely not for babies.

Love this sunscreen
Good combination mineral and chemical sunscreen. We all have sensitive skin and this is the only one that doesn’t break us out.

Still burned...
I like that I can see it when it gets put on, but every day we still burned. Not sure about its efficacy, especially in the water. We did reapply. I won’t be purchasing again..

Good for sensitve skin
This is the only sunscreen my son can wear without breaking into hives. Goes on well and I use it on three kids every summer without issue.

Stains clothing!!!
Went to a Florida with brand new swim shirts and bathing suits and used this one day shirts and suits are totally stained. Never again, cost me an arm and a leg to replace all our stuff.

Incredible!
Literally every sunscreen I have ever tried would sting, leave a white cast or residue, ball up, feel like paste, dry my skin out, contain fragrance, or feel sticky. This one is incredible! I don't have to deal with any of those issues. It goes on so easily without the alcohol in other spray sunscreens and is everything I could ever want in a sunscreen. Works amazing on my squirmy kids, too! Lifetime buyer!

Perfect for Adults too!
A dermatologist recommended Banana Boat Baby because of my very sensitive facial skin. Other sunscreens caused clogged pores and acne even though I am in my 60's. I've been putting BBB on my face and neck every morning since it went on the market. Nothing else worked for me. My skin is soft and wrinkle free. This has kept my skin clear and wrinkle free.

No burns for baby.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My baby is a year and a half, and our family went to float the Buffalo river. We were in the sun for over 8 hrs. My baby's skin in health and unburned. This stuff works great. We went in the water many time and it didnt wash off. We reapplied about ever hr and a half. We didnt mind because it was the spray, it seem to feel good to him. Thank you so much for this product.

Broken Sprayer - AVOID
I have purchased two cans of this sunscreen. The first one I purchased, the sprayer completely stopped working halfway through the bottle. Thinking it was just a fluke, I purchased another. The second bottle sprayed for about ten seconds, went to spray again and it DIDNT WORK AGAIN!!! A totally full bottle of sunscreen that is useless. I would not recommend this.
