A: On November 5, answering a question, the brand expert said you can NOT use it for bagels! What’s the real answer??
submitted byJojo - 6 months agoA: Page 9 of the manual says: "The bread slot is to be used for toasting regular bread slices only. Do not use the toaster to toast irregular shaped bread or round bread." I will anyway, probably. :-)

Q: What is the warranty period? It broke after only 3.5 months. When you lower the bread to the heaters it pops right up again so the toaster won't toast.

I love the dark plum color - my kitchen is decorated with Violets. I love the long slim profile of this toaster - it fits alongside my dish drainer so I don't have to move it every time I need to get into the corner.

It worked for 2 months, then it broke. The lever mechanism was so clever to have plastic on the inside mechanism to melt and brake. Do not buy this cheaply made piece of junk.

This toaster over heats and toast be very hot coming out. I would not recommend a small child using this toaster. I tried returning this toaster but they me from returning it. If you can heat color you can tell this toaster get very hot.

We were out of town last weekend for my daughter’s baby shower and my other daughter and her husband rented an Airbnb and this was the toaster in the kitchen. Well, of course it matches every appliance in my kitchen at home so I ordered it the same day could not be more excited.! my house is very old so my kitchen is tiny and having this slender design allows me to actually have a toaster on my counter. My other one just stays up in a cabinet so I never use it.

The toaster is long and skinny, compared to typical toasters, and it is useful for longer slices and wide breads (Texas toast, brioche) still fit. Easier to not have to turn wide slices upside down and toast twice.
