I wanted so much to be happy with this can opener. I love the color of it & the design takes a small amount of space which I love. BUT, no matter how I put the can under the cutter, it starts out fine, then suddenly jumps off the track & falls; even with me holding the can up to the opener, spilling juice on the counter. So, unfortunately it is a useless item, if it doesn’t work. It is too far for me (a senior with a 20 year old car) to try to return it, so now I’m out the cost. On low Social Security, it is a big disappointment. I cannot in good conscience recommend it.
