Really good seal!!!
I love these containers. Don’t let the reviews phase you. - both top and bottom is GLASS, unlike their other products with plastic/silicone lids - the seal keeps food SO fresh. Salads I make last 1 week in here. Fruit lasts 1-2 weeks. - just use a flat utensil to open it. It’s totally worth in the savings how fresh the food stays.

Beautiful storage!
I purchased two on sale and I wish I would have gotten more! I do have to say, the seal is STRONG once hot food is placed in the dish. A trick is to use a butter knife and gentle slide between the glass side and the lids silicone seal. It breaks the suction and the lid comes right off! I’ll try to show this in images.

Impossible to open
This container is impossible to open. I have thrown it away with the food still in it because I just can’t open it.

Nice But Hard To Open
I bought four of these at 50% off. The size is nice and it has good weight to it. Love that both the container and lid are glass. However, as others have said, these are incredibly difficult to open. I can only get mine open by wedging silverware (a fork’s handle) where the lid and container meet. Less than ideal, but since I found a workaround, I’ll continue to use them.

Can my fingers get a warranty too?
I made the best beef bulgolgi and stored it here. The next day i was (and still) unable to open the lid. Very disappointing. Don’t let the coquette style of the product distract you!!!!!! :((((
