I absolutely love this brand of GCB but I can get it much cheaper somewhere else. While I did not make a purchase from Swanson's I can tell you this helps in appetite control (feels full after a meal), there is no jitters and it controls your cravings. Of course as with any diet aid, there is no miracle. You still have to help yourself a bit such as exercise and don't use it as a passport to over indulge all the time.

I heard about this on Dr. Oz and was very curious. I am glad I tried. There was no bad taste like some products. They were easy to swallow and no bad smell. It did help with my late afternoon cravings
