BISSELL 2X® Pet Stain & Odor Formula is designed to loosen and remove the stains and soils that your pet leaves behind. Since it contains odor control technology, the formula will remove odors and help prevent your pet from going back and soiling the same area again. In addition, it will help neutralize general pet odors so that your home feels and smells fresh.

Q: Do you mix this with water to use in a spot cleaning machine?

A:Â Yes, the clean water tank has marks "fill water to here" and "fill formula to here". I don't know what the exact ratio is but it is mainly filling the tank with water then topping it with the cleaning solution.

Q: I no longer have the machine but have remaining solution. Can I use it in a way by hand? If I can, tips & instructions are much appreciated. Diarrhea with two small dogs. carpet & hardwood floors.

A:Â Our formula is concentrated and designed to be mixed with water and used in our deep cleaners. If using by hand, you'll want to dilute, but we recommend using it in a portable deep cleaning machine.

Q: Would this be OK to use if my coach is supposed to use a Solvent to clean it? The manufacturer says as long as it's not "mostly water" it should be OK.

Pleasant smelling and effective. However, this is not the concentrate. You do not need to add water. The concentrate has a 2x symbol on it. This does not. It is the regular formula. You can see the difference in bottles.
