Q: Do you mix this with water to use in a spot cleaning machine?

A: Yes, you'll mix the formula with water in the clean water tank.

Q: I no longer have the machine but have remaining solution. Can I use it in a way by hand? If I can, tips & instructions are much appreciated. Diarrhea with two small dogs. carpet & hardwood floors.

A: Our formula is concentrated and designed to be mixed with water and used in our deep cleaners. If using by hand, you'll want to dilute, but we recommend using it in a portable deep cleaning machine.

Q: Would this be OK to use if my coach is supposed to use a Solvent to clean it? The manufacturer says as long as it's not "mostly water" it should be OK.

A: Hi Stacy. This formula does have fragrance. We don't currently carry a fragrance-free carpet cleaning formula.
