Q: How do i clean the hose?
A: Thanks for the question, Ruth! To clean the hose on your BISSELL Little Green Mini, we recommend the following steps: Flush the hose: Fill the clean water tank with warm water and run the machine for a few seconds to flush out any residue. Use the self-cleaning tool: Attach it to the hose and run clean water through to rinse the inside. Avoid using harsh chemicals. Let it dry: stretch out the hose and allow it to air dry completely before storing.

Q: I have an old Bissell carpet machine that no longer works. I have 1 full bottle of Pet advanced Stand & Odor with Scotchgard 62 oz never opened yet. Can I use that cleaner with this Little Green Mini
A: We recommend only using BISSELL Portal Cleaning Formula in the Little Green. Our formulas have a shelf life of - unopened 18-24 months and opened 12 months!

A: Hi Megan! The BISSELL Little Green Mini Corded Carpet Cleaner does not have a steam function. If you're looking for a BISSELL machine that does, we’d recommend the Little Green® HydroSteam®, which combines steam with cleaning solution for deeper cleaning.

Q: Can this be used just with the vacuum suction feature or does it have to be used with the spray feature?
A: Yes, the BISSELL Little Green Mini Corded Carpet Cleaner can be used with just the vacuum suction feature. While it's designed to work best when both spray and suction are used together for deep cleaning, you can absolutely use suction alone to pick up small spills or extract moisture from surfaces.

Q: Is this machine heated? If not, is there a small Bissell that is heated?
A: Hi Keith! The BISSELL Little Green Mini Corded Carpet Cleaner is not a heated machine. It uses powerful suction and spray to tackle everyday messes, but it doesn’t include a built-in heater. We do have several heated portable deep cleaning machines to choose from.
