Terrible customer service
The machine itself is great. However, their customer service is terrible. My machine broke. I contacted them for a replacement. They said they would send it out. Never arrived. That was six months ago! I’ve contacted them three times about this replacement and they just keep telling me we’re backlogged but will send it out. Terrible customer service.

The instructions state that it holds charge for 15 uses, it needs to be fully charged before every use. Fruit frequently jams the blade and not as advertised. Pretty color though.

At first I was super weary of this product before purchasing it. I was unsure of the features I was unsure of how powerful the blade would be! But they absolutely prove me wrong!! The blade speed is amazing it's easy to navigate & use the blend jet let you know by the blinking lights when to recharge when the battery is low! It's also extremely easy to clean. & Shipping was fast!!

I love, love, love my BlendJet! On top of that, I bought one for my daughter, an intellectually disabled adult. She lives independently and I thought the BlendJet was simple and easy enough for her! It is! She loves it and is making homemade pesto in it so far! I bought the recipe book and gave it to her. Thanks for making a great product!

I love my blendjet! I always wanted to make smoothies in the morning but my infant son’s room is right off the kitchen and would make too much noise. No longer a problem, blend my smoothie on my way to work and now I blend at work. Easy way to eat healthy. Also blends ice if mama wants a cocktail
