    not worth it

    horrible horrible product. got one, didn’t work well thought i just got a bad one so i replaced it. the next one was just as bad. they over heat way too fast. don’t even blend everything, even if it’s not even at the max amount. the lid seems to always unscrew while blending so i have to watch it so it doesn’t spill out everywhere, which has happened. just not a good product unless your blending one piece of fruit at a time. pretty disappointing because not everyone has the extra money to spend a few hundred on a big blender. this thing went straight in the trash. would not ever purchase again.

    Terrible product and customer service from Nutra bullet

    Stopped working after eight months. Called Nutribullet to get a replacement since it was within the one year warranty. Nutribullet will not honor it because the flimsy sticker they put on the bottom which includes a serial number fell off. Despite having proof of purchase and providing the model number and everything else, they will only provide a replacement base, but I would have to pay for shipping. Terrible customer service! Terrible product!
