  • A: If the ice is HARD, it will only crush it a bit. If it is the "soft" nugget ice it will pulvize it to a slushy-type snow ice, sort of "wetter" than snow. Try small Snowball Machine for DRY fluffy ice!

    Great buy

    This is my first smoothie maker and I'm very impressed at how well it blends. It's lightweight enough to travel with and the cup is perfect for a single smoothie. Highly recommend.

    The best

    Game changer, makes having a smoothie etc on the go so simple and easy. So easy to clean as there’s not lots of part’s to it, was reluctant to use my old blender that attached to my mixer as the clean up was a lot of faff. So many different things that can be made in it and it’s so powerful, wasn’t expecting it to be as powerful as it is. Can’t fault it and extremely good value for money.

    Not great

    Takes up small amount of space. Unfortunately does not blend well and blade often stops due to being blocked. Process is quite long to make a smoothie, constant on/off. Also not easy to clean blade portion.

    I was really happy with this rechargeable blender at first because it was convenient and easy to use. Unfortunately, after only a few months, it quit working completely. It will not charge or turn on, even after following all of the charging and troubleshooting directions that came with it. I expected it to last much longer than a few months. Very disappointing quality, and I would not recommend it.

    Waste of money

    This is a terrible product, especially for the price point. The blades constantly get stuck if you attempt to blend frozen fruit, the charge lasts maybe 2-3x uses max, and you can’t use the thing while it’s plugged into the charger. It’s bulky and not something you can detach from the motor/blades to grab on the go - you’re better off just dumping your smoothie into a Blender Bottle for transport. This thing is basically just a smaller, less effective, less useful version of an actual full-sized blender. Don’t waste your money

    Do not buy!

    Very poor battery life, overheats quickly, and has immense trouble blending frozen fruit. I regret the purchase. It’s only pro is it is easy to clean. Other than that, the machine must be charged often and WILL NOT blend while on charge. The price you pay for this machine is almost laughable. A $20 Hamilton Beach blender with a singular pulse setting is far superior. Avoid this - not worth the money, the constantly charging it like it’s a smartphone or a laptop, or the need to place it in the freezer for it to cool down midway through blending. Terrible product.

    No where near as good as they advertise

    I bought two of these in a deal, gave one to my Mum. But it doesn't cut through ice or frozen berries. I have to half thaw them in the fridge before I can make a smoothy! Other products my friends have bought are just as bad and wrongly advertised!! Not good enough. And I won't be buying ninja products again!

    WOAT Blender

    This is the worst blender I have ever used. The blade gets stuck with 1 micro particle of food. I have to break the food down with a knife for it to even attempt to blend. SO AWFUL. Genuinely gives me a headache to use this blender it should be called a frother since it doesn’t break down any solids.
