  • A: If the ice is HARD, it will only crush it a bit. If it is the "soft" nugget ice it will pulvize it to a slushy-type snow ice, sort of "wetter" than snow. Try small Snowball Machine for DRY fluffy ice!

    I purchased this on special offer and got blue light discount as an extra offer. I use this 3 times s day for my protein shakes. It's so easy to use and even easier to clean. It blends my shakes so quickly and efficiently. I can't believe I got such a brilliant item at such a cheap price.

    This blender is quiet and quite powerful. Holds enough capacity for one person and has made blending quick and easy compared to my other blender. Simple charge that lasts quite a long time.

    Love This Blender

    Im really happy with this blender, its used for diet shakes, only issue is when I charge after use, it always flashes orange meaning blade is stuck.or something. I leave it for 15 mins and plug in charger again and it back to green for normal. Not sure why its doing this. Otherwise, it does what its meant to, great for crushing ice.

    Already rated one of the two, did didn't think to copy and paste! Duh! Anyway, we love these, we bought two in different colors so we'd have our identifiable own. Performance, style, and overall usage exceeded expectations. Should I lose one, I'd immediately buy another!

    Have experienced nothing but reliable performance from the two Portable Blenders I bought in 2 different colors for our individual daily use. Easily cleans, chops and blends expertly, and the convenience of making/drinking in the same vessel, which is light and easy to carry, makes it ideal. I'm beyond pleased. I already have two...!

    High quality set - well worth the money.

    Finally an amazing product. Very sharp knife set and well made. I’m hoping it will last forever. Cuts everything easily, so please be careful. My partner hurt his thumb when taking it out of the wooden stand 🫣😂

    Overpriced and Underpowered

    The price does not reflect the quality I am getting at all. I cannot blend anything smoothly without having to wait about 15 seconds for every 3 seconds of blending. It struggles even with soft ingredients like tofu, and frozen fruits are completely out of the question. It takes nearly 10 minutes just to make a smoothie. This has been extremely disappointing, especially from such a well-known and trusted brand.

    Doesn't blend well

    I bought this product a few days ago and it does not work as well as advertised. The blade continues to get stuck while trying to blend up crushed ice and liquids.

    Useless

    I have sent it back . Did not work with ice or frozen fruit im afraid. Therefore not doing the job it is advertised for. Unfortunately because I was really looking forward to using it.

    Absolutely outstanding

    This device is outstanding. Covers my needs with my protein shakes for the morning. Battery life is as expected 5 uses and it's complete. Ready for recharging. Normally done within a hour..its extremely portable and quite light weight.

    Blender not working but fully charge

    I should have written a review the moment I bought it. The battery power requires charging after each use (blended 1 batch of smoothie), therefore you need to make sure that you charge it so and ready to be use next time. I purchase this item for personal use, however it is used on few occasions, perhaps no more than 10 times within a year that I purchased it. Unfortunately, this summer 2026 the blender stopped working. I troubleshoot using their instruction leaflet, charged the blender accordingly, still it has not worked. The power will light (solid purple), but it will not work. I purchase my blender, July 2025, so basically my blender is out of their warranty. I’m very disappointed of this product considering that it’s lifespan is very short. I hope the ninja company will reach out to me .
