If I hadn't thrown out the box, I would return this. First, you need to have arrows line up for it to work. Lining up the arrows takes more hand strength than I have and my hub had a hard time with it. I added a RTD protein shake and some peanut butter powder. You can tell by the sound it has very little power. I tapped the bottom of the unit to distribute the powder before I turned it on. The powder (I stayed below the max fill line) ended up clumped into the top. I ran it again, shaking the whole unit while it blended (and I use that turn loosely) and the powder was still caked into the lid and along the edges. I took a spatula and loosened the powder from the lid and the sides and ran it again, shaking the until while blending. AGAIN, powder caked into the lid. This time, I added a few ice cubes to see if they would knock the powder out of the lid. Nope, powder still there and because the machine is such a wimp, it took multiple tries to get the ice to break up. I finally gave up, put the mix into a shaker bottle - it did as much good if not better at blending. Now I'm off to find something that actually works. Save your money, don't buy this.

Great for on the go smoothies and morning rush
I love that this is portable and can go with me everywhere instead of using the big blender every time. As a teacher this works good for my morning rush. The blender blends wells with ice and frozen fruit with no problem and cleaning it is quick and easy. So far it’s good and I love this portable blender plus the color pink is cute and my style.

I absolutely love this. I was making a smoothie for one in my normal big blender. This small blender is also powerful. My smoothies come out perfect. This has made it so much easier. It’s perfect for a smoothie and you do not need to waste a cup. You can drink it straight from the blender. I also love that as long as it’s charged, you do not need to plug it into an outlet to use it. It’s travel friendly!

Best Little Blender
I love this lil’ blender! I’ve used it almost every day since I bought it. It makes eating healthy on the go- easy peasy! I will fill it in the morning, and put frozen fruit and vegetables, protein powder and almond milk in, and let them thaw out for a couple hours and it all blends perfectly and smoothly. Nothing gets caught, and it stays charged for three or more days before I have to charge it again. The only downside is I dropped it, and the lid broke. The replacement lid was grey, not pink… that kind of ruined the appeal of it, but it still functions great and I will continue to use it! I love it and do recommend!

Not as happy with this model
I bought this model and the larger similar model blender. I love the bigger one that you can remove from the base to drink your smoothie. It blends everything very well from fruits to nuts. The smaller one is less efficient and I have to smash any nuts I include before I add them to the mix or they will not be blended into the mix very well. I also find that not being able to separate the motor from the drinking cup is awkward for me. I do like its size and that it is lighter. I would buy the larger model again but not the smaller one for these reasons.

Save your $!
I would NOT recommend!! It is awkward to carry around because the motor is still attached to the bottle. It also take forever to charge. Save your money and buy a Hamilton beach branch. I had one for years and it worked great.

Only ok. Good enough for mixing protein powder, but some powder and things like chia seeds stick to the sides. Handles frozen fruit ok. Nuts, on the other hand, it barely chops up at all. I don’t like that you can’t detach the container from the base to drink from it. Overall, I wish I’d went with something else.

Frozen fruit not well blended
I agree with others that this is a finicky device. It did not do a good job with my standard morning smoothie of almond milk, Protein powder, and frozen fruit. It took multiple Rounds and a lot of shaking and still wasn’t well blended and I did follow the instructions on order of ingredients and max and min fills. It’s Also quite heavy. I am returning it.

Long process
It charges with a usb cord and it takes a long time to charge. It does not plug in to a regular electric outlet with an electric power cord, so when I forgot to charge it, I had to wait for my smoothie. The charge lasted 1 to 1 1/2 smoothies for me before needing to charge again. The cup does not have a bottom without the base, which I found to be heavy and awkward. The blades cannot go in the dishwasher, so I had to run it 3-4 times to clean it or hand wash. I found it difficult to screw the cup and unscrew the cup and the bottomless cup doesn't seem to wash well in the dishwasher. It frequently gets jammed. With my old less expensive blender it took 5 minutes to make a smoothie. Now with cleaning and blending it takes 20 minutes. I regret my purchase.

Needs work
This blender is nice but sucks at the same time. It will die in the middle of blending and then it doesn’t come apart so if that does happen you can put the ingredients in the fridge/freezer while the battery charges; you have to dump all contents out. It’s all around inconvenient. Needs better battery
