A few small adjustments can make a big difference with ingredient circulation and reducing the need to stop and shake: 1. Pulse First: Start with 5-7 quick pulses to break up ingredients before running the full 1-minute blend cycle 2. Liquid Ratio: Aim for about 1/3 liquid in your blend for a smoother, creamier consistency 3. Stay Below the Max Fill Line: Especially with powders, keep the fill just under the line to help prevent clumping and keep ingredients moving 4. Layer Ingredients in This Order: Liquids Ice Produce Leafy greens Powders, seeds, nuts, nut butters, honey Regarding the narrow mouth, we completely understand your frustration. Since the Mighty Blender is designed with a small footprint, the opening is smaller by design. Hi Mia, Thank you so much for reaching out! We're sorry to hear your Beast Blade is holding an odor. This can sometimes happen if the Beast Blade is not scrubbed with a cleaning brush after every use. We'd love to provide cleaning tips to help keep your machine really clean: 1. If you'd like a deeper wash, all parts of the blender -- except for the base -- can be washed in the dishwasher. Just be sure to put the pieces on the top shelf. We recommend doing this as least once a week for best results. 2. Once a week, do a simple blend with 2/3 of a vessel of water and a couple drops of dish soap, and let it run for a minute. 3. Once a month, clean the vessel and blade with ½ Vinegar & ½ Water. 4. We recommend placing your Beast Blade with the blade side up in between uses to allow all of the water to completely dry out. 5. Finally, we recommend scrubbing your vessel and blade with a brush after every use. Please note: the gasket is intentionally fixed within the blade. It should not be removed, as it is engineered to remain stationary to allow proper water flow and ensure safe operation. Removing it could pose a safety hazard. I hope these methods help!
