I have used these for about 4 days or so… The headphones to me look cheap and bulky. The pink color is cute aesthetically. As far as function and quality - it’s ok besides the weird static here and there. The buttons are easily accessible which is nice while active. Both transparency mode and noise-cancellation work well. Overall return. Not worth even sale price, imo. Back to beats

I purchased a few weeks ago. Only 1 MAJOR disappointment--I cannot adjust the equalizer from my computer. Please consider reformatting the computer site to be able to adjust the headphones using a laptop. I opt to only own the current generation of a Verizon flip phone. My 3 star rating is based on Bose not providing a laptop adjustment option. Thanks for recognizing military service and providing me the Veteran discount. Eric

The quality of these new “noise canceling headphones “ are not worth the money even on sale. Purchased to replace older quiet comfort headphones and was a waste of money. They do not cancel complete background noise like previous models. As well as a see and end functions there is a long delay to both answer and end calls on headphones. While the new colors are neat save your money not worth the expense. This is the first negative review I have given on any Bose product we have been purchasing there items for decades and first bad experience with a brand new product.

Love these head phone. I got these for my boyfriend but I have the green pair. They the best noise canceling headphones I've used. They don't whistle when you lie down or move your head in different directions. I have an older version of these that did that. The colors are also beautiful.

Noise cancellation isn’t very good. It cancels out static noise but I’m still able to hear almost everything around me still. I can still hear other people’s conversations, music, or loud crying babies. Mind you if I turn my music loud it’s better but the noise cancellation feature is subpar.
