I have 2nd gen AirPods BUT these BOSE QC ii are incredible. I believe the ANC is better than AirPods by a good margin. They are definitely more comfortable to wear for long periods of time. If I had it to do over, I would have bought these first and not even have the AirPods. The BOSE are that good.

I love these earbuds, especially for the noise canceling capability. I can operate heavy machinery without ear muffler. What I like the most is the ability to control the amount of outside noise I hear. It is important to me to be able to hear changes in the machines operation as well as music. We had a problem with them cutting out but the most recent software update corrected the problem.

I recently bought these QC earbuds as an upgrade from the SoundSport series. The positive difference is amazing! Whether using them while exercising or while traveling by airplane, the performance is impressive. Definitely recommend!

have never been able to wear air pods. uncomfortable, didn't fit in the ear and fell out. I love these Bose earbuds! I was debating for months because I thought I'd have the same problem. I love that I can change the inner ear size, I love that it's that silicone stuff and I love that the outer ear is also adjustable to fit the rest of the ear for a more secure fit so it doesn't fall out! I've had them for a week or 2 and finally did a workout with them including running and they didn't fall out! totally comfortable, complete noise cancellation and amazing sound. so worth it! I don't use them for calls. the only thing I'd like to change is maybe elongate the inner ear part just because I like that total snug feeling of being in the ear. I've been using Phillips earbuds that still plug into a device with a cord and I love them and these are pretty close

I bought them new, not refurbished. They don’t always charge when they are properly in the case and the case is fully charged. When the buds are fully charged sometimes only one bud is fully charged and the other isn’t despite them being in the case for over 14 hours. Sometimes only one bud connects to my IPhone and the other doesn’t. I had wired Bose Noise Canceling ones and loved them. I really miss them because the wireless ones are frustrating.

I have been a bose customer for a long time all my sound system in the house but for the ear piece I had to end up buying a pair of beats due to able to use them independently...finally bose listen and came out with the update to make this set Independently to use now I'm happy sold my beats and got this pair.....great job bose..now the only thing I wish they were louder again thank u for listening.

I had the older version and one of them stopped working. They were out of warranty but they still have me a courtesy replacement (which I’m so great full for). They didn’t have the same older ones, so they sent the newer ones. They are 1000% better. Much better design, size, sound quality and control. I will forever be a Bose customer. They are one of the VERY few companies in business today, that still actually care for their customers. Thanks so greatcul for the entire company

I really like these - the sound is fantastic, the sound isolation is super. Compared to my old Apple pro earbuds, these are so much more comfortable and richer in sound but they discharge really quickly. Keeping them on the desk next to my laptop to use once or twice a week they discharge almost fully within the week even if not used if not topped off every night.

Touch is Bad.. many a times i touch to pick a call but it disconnects it.. many a time it doesnot disconnect only.. On call sound echos to the other person. Sometime the receiver on the other side complains of Not hearing me properly.. I m Sad after spending sooo of money

I took the plunge and decided to try out the Bose earbuds because I saw that if I didn't like them, I could return them. The noise cancelling feature was a big selling point, and it does not disappoint! I'm amazed at how well it cancels out extraneous noise. The sound quality is excellent, and using the Bose app you can adjust the levels (a kind of graphic equalizer feature) to your personal taste. They also come with various ear pieces so you can find exactly the right fit for your ear, which assists not only in having them fit securely, but also assists with the noise cancellation. The only odd thing is that I had to manually pair them with my laptop, which wasn't difficult, it was just odd that this one feature wasn't automatic, as it was with my phone. I've had them a couple of weeks now and am delighted.

I bought these two weeks ago. Sound is excellent. I have been able to ride on my riding lawnmower and it knocks out about 90% of the sound very controlled feeling. The only downside is sometimes they don’t connect to my iPhone easily

I really really wanted to love these like most of my bose products… unfortunately I can’t. They have software and connectivity issues… I hope bose can figure this out because the product itself is high quality. When you take them out of the case the right one connects 70 percent of the time and the left one 25 percent of the time.. it’s very strange… I have to constantly put them back in case they out again to connect to my phone… the left one rarely connects.
