Ì bought these a couple of weeks ago and its honestly like im heating music for the first time I wasn't sure about the price but now im in the know of why the price is so strong I just hope they last a long time cause I use them alot so we will see !

I’ve been using quietcomfort earbuds for years and these are the best yet. I liked the previous gen but all the quirks were fixed with this one including poor call quality from the mic , the annoying tap when you are stretching and your earbuds cut out , and the wireless charging case addition. Big improvements , amazing noise cancelling. I can’t hear people clanking weights at the gym or airplane noise at all. Big fan!

This is truly an improvement from the Ultra earbuds version 1, I can workout outside and talk on my phone and the people can actually hear me. The update has equally improve my original version. My question is why didn’t they release the update sooner? Know these were the problems and it could be fixed with an update?

Despite purchasing the second-generation earbuds, I was compelled to return them due to a persistent crackling sound emanating from the right earbud while listening to music. I had experienced a similar issue with the first-generation earbuds. While I had anticipated that the second-generation earbuds would offer improved performance, I was unfortunately disappointed.

Great buds so far. 4/5 for two reasons. First, for whatever reasons, they’re not as loud as my previous (non Bose) buds which really surprised me. As someone who likes to turn it up to 11, it leaves a little to be desired in that regard. Second, I’ve used the buds 30-40 times since receiving them 3 weeks ago. In that period I’ve had to reconnect them on three occasions due to one of the buds losing connection. That’s roughly 10% of the time which is a bit high considering I never had this issue with my previous set. If it is at all possible to update via a patch to increase the volume I’d be fully satisfied and bump it to 5*!

I am a long time Bose customer and have had two Lifestyle systems as well as two the over-ear headphones, and I enjoyed listening to them. So I didn't really hesitate to purchase the earbuds. At first I was very disappointed with both the fit and the sound; however, I switched the earbud tips and it made a huge difference. Once the correct seal was established, the earbuds fit snugly and the sound was exponentially better. The only issue I'm having is mastering the touch controls but I guess that just takes time.

I purchased these earbuds based on Bose reputation for audio quality and noise cancellation, online reviews of the 1st Gen earbuds and recommendations of friends . I am very pleased with the design and with the performance. Both the audio performance and the noise cancellation are outstanding!

Good sound quality for ear buds. Only issue so far is super sensitive touch control. When I’m exercising if my ponytail or sweat touches the bud it reads it as a finger tap and stops music or changes mode. Also difficult to move the volume up and down as it often reads it as a finger tap and again stops music or changes mode. This is especially annoying and distracting when exercising and you want to quickly adjust the volume.

These Bose earbuds just keep getting better. The second generation ultra earbuds are really nice. You just sit back and listen to your favorite music and get lost outside. Noises are gone. You hear instruments that you don’t normally hear when listening to the same song on a speaker just fantastic. That’s why I’m a lifelong Bose member.

I would like to start this review by saying that I'm very happy with the fit and sound of these headphones. I typically like to adjust the equalizer for my headphones to get the sound I like just right, but these were really perfect for me out of the box. I like the look and the function of these in the microphones also seem to work really well. If you're working on teams calls for your job. I do feel that the case is a little large and feels cheap for the price of these headphones. The feel and function of the case of premium headphones is important and I feel like Bose did not consider that with this device. The lid of the case feels and sounds a little bit on the flimsy side. I've also had intermittent issues with the headphones switching to the right device when it's being used actively and sometimes the touch functions don't seem to do what they say they should do. For example, sometimes I will tap the earbud in order to pause the music and nothing will happen. Most of the time this picture works but sometimes not so much. Overall, I've not decided if I'm going to keep the headphones, however, I'm leaning towards keeping them as the do sound really nice and the noise canceling is very good.

The Sound is great and the bass is the best in the market. Transparency mode could be improved and the microphone could be better to cut out back ground noise when taking calls in a noisy environment.
