Developed by a pharmacist and father of four, Boudreaux's Butt Paste Brand has been trusted for over 40 years by pediatricians and parents to help treat and prevent diaper rash. This maximum strength diaper rash cream is a thick, cream-like protective diaper rash ointment with 40% Zinc Oxide. Boudreaux's Butt Paste Maximum Strength provides overnight protection, starts to soothe on contact, seals out moisture and helps keep baby’s boo-tay dry. Our maximum strength formula is free from dyes, preservatives, parabens and talc. To apply, change soiled diaper immediately, cleanse diaper area, allow to dry and apply diaper rash ointment liberally. Use this diaper cream as needed, especially when exposed to wet diapers for a prolonged period, such as bedtime.     We picked up this diaper cream because our baby has a rash, which 40% zinc will work well for. However - look at this picture of a brand new bottle. I just happened to set it in the right lighting and see it’s more than half empty. Brands need to do better by their consumers, and stop with the shrinkflation.

    Messy but effective!

    This has become our go to diaper rash cream for over three years. The max strength butt paste has been so helpful from small diaper rashes to larger diapers rashes that happen. Unfortunately rashes happen and once it’s happened the only thing to do is treat it, this cream has worked for my child time and time again. This paste is very messy and get all over the place but with it being so effective it makes it worth it.

    Overnight cure!!!

    WOW!!!! My baby had diaper rash and chemical burns/sores from the diapers we were using. Switched diapers (obviously) and used this diaper cream and LITERALLY OVERNIGHT the diaper rash is almost nonexistent. Seriously an amazing product and I’m so glad I stumbled upon it!!!

    Our favorite rash cream!

    We have been using Bordeaux’s rash cream for about five months and it always works quickly with clearing up any diaper rash! The cream is simple and easy to apply and is smooth with decent ingredients. We have one by the changing table and a small to go one in the diaper bag. Definitely recommend!

    I have a very bad experience with this product as a registry experience. I wish the company would change the name from butt paste to something else. I was highly looking forward to buying this product due to its convenient size for diaper bags, but the naming just made me decide not to do to what my acquaintances opinion

    Great for diaper rash! It’s a thick paste that easy applies. You just need a thin layer over the skin, and it helps heal the rash quicker and seems to help with discomfort too.

    BEST diaper cream!

    I’ve gone through a lot of diaper cream with my diaper rash prone baby and this one is my favorite! It is nice and thick like Destin but has better ingredients and smells better. It stick well to create that barrier so that it can actually heal. It also seems to have some soothing ingredients. When we were at the peak of the worst diaper rash ever this is what actually helped. LOVE this product!

    Very effective

    Not only is this effective but it is sensitive skin friendly. I was worried how this was going affect my baby’s sensitive skin but it made his diaper rash go away so quickly without any lingering irritation. We use it nightly to avoid any irritation from his overnight diaper.

    Only diaper cream worth having

    Title says it all! This is the only diaper cream worth buying. It works amazing - any trace of a rash disappears within a few hours? It also doesn't stain like other brands. I found desitin to be super messy but this is fantastic.

    This diaper rash cream is hands-down amazing. My baby had a diaper rash when she was only two weeks old. Will you put this on her and left it on for a couple days and the rush went away almost instantly the consistency is very thick so it’s very easy to cover all places. A little goes a long way, so even a little bottle will last a while.

    This paste las long on the skin and creates thick protective layer that really helps with bad diaper rashes. I’ve used it on my daughter and noticed redness improving fast while keeping her skin comfortable. The texture spreads well, the ingredients feel gentle, and the scent id mild. Just be careful because it can stain colored clothing or fabrics if it gets them.

    Works Great

    This stuff is great! Typically for mild cases I prefer to use something like A&D or Aquaphor but this is great for more stubborn diaper rash. I have also tried other brands of the zinc oxide and it was so thick it was almost impossible to clean it off baby’s skin. Not ideal when skin is already irritated. Would definitely recommend this product!

    Miracle Cream

    While I love the product and it works, sometime the product separates in the tube and oily reside comes out first before the paste. Has to be shaken good Atleast before the first use and while it’s been out in warm temperature. Being in a tube it’s hard to mix the product maybe a bottle container would be better to mix the product. Otherwise it works wonders even on the worst of rashes. My poor 2 month old had a bacterial diaper rash and butt paste and dabbing with water wipes got rid of the rash in 4 days, also have to change the diapers often.

    Good product!

    Although I usually prefer ointment, this is the best of the best for a cream. It does a great job of getting rid of diaper rashes quickly. It is easy to spread.
