Description

Developed by a pharmacist and father of four, Boudreaux's Butt Paste Brand has been trusted for over 40 years by pediatricians and parents to help treat and prevent diaper rash. This maximum strength diaper rash cream is a thick, cream-like protective diaper rash ointment with 40% Zinc Oxide. Boudreaux's Butt Paste Maximum Strength provides overnight protection, starts to soothe on contact, seals out moisture and helps keep baby’s boo-tay dry. Our maximum strength formula is free from dyes, preservatives, parabens and talc. To apply, change soiled diaper immediately, cleanse diaper area, allow to dry and apply diaper rash ointment liberally. Use this diaper cream as needed, especially when exposed to wet diapers for a prolonged period, such as bedtime.     Very effective

    My toddler had the worst diaper rash and the only diaper cream that helped was this one, It helped instantly and gave her so much relief! The texture is very thick which makes its work very well.

    Thin, concentrated and effective

    This is a great option for a diaper cream. It’s thin but concentrated so a little goes a long way. Our tube lasts for months at a time. It does well with minor diaper rash, but even the maximum strength version doesn’t fully get rid of more raw diaper rashes. My baby always seems content when we use this brand and never seems uncomfortable. I think it’s a great option amongst all diaper creams!

    Best Butt Cream Out There!

    Hands down - the best butt cream out there. This is thicker and stays on longer than all the others! 10/10 recommend. It is the only one that can create an actual barrier! As a Pediatrician, I recommend it to all my patients! It is also my FIRST choice to use on my own child.

    My favorite diaper paste!

    This paste has worked the best with my three kids. It is thick and smooth. It gets rid of any diaper rash my kids have had. The smell is a bit strong and not the best but it is worth it for the job well done.

    Would recommend Destin instead

    It was isn’t really maximum strength. We put it on my baby when he had a mild diaper rash and it helped, though. When he had a slightly more severe one, it didn’t really do much. We switched to Destin and it worked better to get rid of the diaper rash. Probably because of the lanolin.

    Worst diaper rash cream

    Made my baby’s small diaper rash turn into a huge rash. My baby cried so hard from getting her diaper changed. Switched to A&D ointment. This is a terrible product.

    We picked up this diaper cream because our baby has a rash, which 40% zinc will work well for. However - look at this picture of a brand new bottle. I just happened to set it in the right lighting and see it’s more than half empty. Brands need to do better by their consumers, and stop with the shrinkflation.

    Messy but effective!

    This has become our go to diaper rash cream for over three years. The max strength butt paste has been so helpful from small diaper rashes to larger diapers rashes that happen. Unfortunately rashes happen and once it’s happened the only thing to do is treat it, this cream has worked for my child time and time again. This paste is very messy and get all over the place but with it being so effective it makes it worth it.

    Overnight cure!!!

    WOW!!!! My baby had diaper rash and chemical burns/sores from the diapers we were using. Switched diapers (obviously) and used this diaper cream and LITERALLY OVERNIGHT the diaper rash is almost nonexistent. Seriously an amazing product and I’m so glad I stumbled upon it!!!

    Our favorite rash cream!

    We have been using Bordeaux’s rash cream for about five months and it always works quickly with clearing up any diaper rash! The cream is simple and easy to apply and is smooth with decent ingredients. We have one by the changing table and a small to go one in the diaper bag. Definitely recommend!
