The system seems to work very well. We hired a plumber to install it since the instructional video seemed very complicated --- far beyond our abilities. The manual doesn't really explain what all the digital numbers mean on the faucet, but there was a card attached that had this info. I'm not sure why sometimes it purifies water down to 8 units of sediment, and other times it's more like 30, but after it's run for 10-20 seconds the number usually heads down toward 8-12, which seems pretty good for our city water. I wish their literature explained what percent of forever chemicals it removes. Is it 95%+ like some competitors, or different? We need an electrician to add an outlet under our sink (house built in 2005) so the cord doesn't need to come up over the sink and across the kitchen counter. I wish they had told us this.
