This product is great in theory and absolutely HORRENDOUS in execution. First, the coffee it makes is pathetic. It's not hot, it's barely brewed enough to have any color, and for an extra bit of morning drama, sometimes it shoots the pod back out covering your room with coffee grounds and dirty water. So much fun. Do yourselves a favor and don't buy this.

Nice and heavy duty. It could stand a few changes. The brewer should automatically wait and flash the icon, if the water is not hot enough, instead of cancelling the brewing altogether and THEN starting to heat the water. The parental hot water lock should be user controllable. The Keurig cup mechanism should force the puncture of the cup and ideally put the cup into a receptacle after use as do so many other Keurig coffee makers. The cold water temperature settings should save through a power outage.

Not having to lift it up and turn it over is nice. I like the UV sanitizing. I wish there was a button for just hot water. In order to get hot water, you have to pull out the keurig coffee cup holder and push it back in. The few times I have made coffee. I have had quite a few grounds in my coffee. It takes a while to come out as it is a gravity drip and not presses through like a normal keurig machine. It's a great concept but could use some fine tuning.

This has been perfect for my small business. The coffee portion is a little finicky though, you have to essentially take the cartridge out and then reinsert to make the “mug” button light up, push the button to trigger the water heating, then take out the cartridge and reinsert with the kcup, and proceed as normal. I will have to create a step by step guide for guests if my small business so they know how to use it, otherwise it’s really confusing.

This product is absolutely great. We have been waiting for someone to come up with a water cooler that has a built in coffee machine. The quality of the coffee is absolutely superior and the cold water is really nice to offer to guests coming to our office with a cup of coffee. Good job Brio
