The fabric split in less than a month. I tried contacting brookstone for the warranty and they said I needed to contact target. Call target and they say no warranty.

A great blanket, used daily
I absolutely love this blanket! I fall asleep cold and wake up hot, having a heated blanket has been a game changer! I turn it on and set a timer for 1.5 hours and it shuts off after that. Allowing me to fall a sleep comfortably but not wake up a sweaty mess like I used to under large comforters. It's been washed a couple of times in the last two months and still functions perfectly, and is used every day. Sometimes all day for my cats to sleep on it.

Bad blanket. Waste of money
If I could I would give it 0 stars. Not even 6 months of owning it, half of the blanket went out. I had a queen size. Contacted the company and they replaced it, but then again within 5 months the replacement did the same thing. Now I don’t know it maybe they had a bad batch. But now the company won’t respond to me and that’s $89 wasted! I DO NOT recommend them what’s so ever.

Cozy, soft, safe heated blanket

And also really enjoy how there’s two different controls. It’s super easy to to put together, is verrrry large (plenty of space for two people), and seems like it will hold up well over time.

One Side Stops Heating After Only Two Weeks
I’ve purchased this heated blanket twice now. The first time, I returned it because one entire side stopped heating, and I assumed it was a factory defect. Unfortunately, the same exact issue happened again with the second one. After less than two weeks of use, one side completely stops heating while the other side significantly loses heat intensity. Additionally, the heat is not evenly distributed and only works in certain spots instead of across the entire blanket. For the price, this is extremely disappointing. It’s far too expensive for such poor quality. I’ll have to return it again, and sadly I can’t recommend it.

Hi Sara, trust that ample time was allowed for blanket to warm up thoroughly. We also recommend laying the blanket evenly so that heating element may transfer throughout blanket.

Blanket controls
First off I’ll say the actual quality of the blanket is great and for a week it worked fine, but then the buttons stopped working properly now it doesn’t turn on, and the off and on button keeps flashing. Now it’s just a normal blanket with annoying wires in it cuz it doesn’t work anymore. If it worked for you great, I’ll recommend putting a 5 star but mine gave up

Fire Hazard
Bought this blanket in November, and after a long day at work went to get into bed and saw that the blanket itself had caught fire. Ioved this blanket and am so upset that I spent quite a bit on a blanket that not only ruined itself but caused burn marks on my Purple mattress as well. The blanket was only ever used on heat setting one and never for extended periods of time. It has also never been washed only spot cleaned once as per the directions.

Total Garbage. Don't waste your money.
This thing provides spotty heat at best. ALSO DO NOT WASH IT. The second time I washed it (since the end of November) it stopped working on one side. $80 for nothing. Can't return now because it's outside the window. 😤

It is fluffy, big enough to fully cover me with extra room, and gets really really warm. I like it initially, and bought a second blanked. We have a twin and a queen blanked with a total of 3 control units. With 4-6 weeks two broken control units. it has a 5 year warranty but all they give you is an email address. When you email the address there is no auto response for a case number or any website to check your status. I did get 1 response asking the color of the control unit but no response since. I absolutely would not recommend this product or company to anyone.

Fire Hazard
Do NOT buy!!! Daughter received as a Christmas present, second time she plugged it in to use it made a pop noise, sparked and then smelt like burning plastic.... will definitely be returning and calling company!!!

You won’t want to leave it, but luckily there’s a timer feature so you it’ll automatically turn off after a set time you determine. It’s easy to wash and holds up really well against deterrences.
