Q: Did anyone else have trouble with the drywall anchor? It seems like it is way too big for the 1/4” hole that the instructions say to drill.
A: Dear Megan. We only use this anchor for our products, and this has been thoroughly tested prior to writing our instruction manual. The 1/4" drill hole is correct and the anchor should fit. It would have been better to received images to understand what could have gone wrong.

Q: Hello, Are the round balls at each end of the curtain rod still made of ABS? If so, how does your company prevent the AV light damage that ABS is known for? Thank you
A: Dear Annie. We have never received complaints in this regard. Curtain Rod Set are normally installed on top of the window frame (Outside Mounting). Therefore it is not exposed to natural sunlight. The ABS finials also passed all Target's internal tests in terms of durability. This product is only suitable for indoor use and therefore all tests are based on this. The UV light required to damage ABS is at an extreme level that is not common in a indoor environment.

Q: The instructions for anchor seem faulty. 3/16" is too small for the anchor to fit. Had to use the next size. Struggling with the anchor too much could deform it. Better update the instructions
A: Dear Albert. Thank you for your feedback. We will discuss this with our team and update the instructions.
