[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is great to use in between washes to reduce frizz and add shine to hair. It pairs perfectly with the grey Cantu brush. I used this on me and my daughter's wavy hair and it helped detangle it better.

I have very curly hair, and when blow dried it can get frizzy and this was so helpful without leaving my hair greasy and needing a wash the next day. I used it over 3 days on clean dried hair and by the 5th day it was only a little bit greasy from normal wear.

However, I've noticed that my hair tends to puff up as it dries, amplifying my natural volume, and it doesn't provide much hydration. While it does reduce frizz and adds shine, it seems to create static and makes my hair greasier more quickly, leading me to wash it daily instead of every other day. To improve the results, I started using it alongside a hydrating leave-in conditioner, which has made a significant difference. I also appreciate the heat protection it offers, as I frequently blow-dry and flat iron my hair. On the downside, I'm not fond of the scent; there's a chemical undertone that dissipates quickly. Overall, this product is excellent for taming frizz, but I wouldn't recommend it for dry hair due to its lack of moisture.

But, you have to use a small amount or your hair will look super greasy. I used it after straightening my hair with a hair straightener and then applied a small amount.

I definitely have to reapply and it doesn't feel heavy at all. It smells very good and the shine stays on parts that didn't need it as much.

As a woman with type 3b/4a curl patterns, I absolutely love and approve of this product. I was traveling for a work trip and left my toiletries home. In a pinch, I decided to purchase this so my hair wouldn’t be dry. It helped with my fly aways when I wore my hair straight and also doubles as a heat protectant when I need to touch up my hair with a flat iron. The smell of the product is really nice and not over powering. I love the effort the brand took to design this product with natural oils. Yes it is silicone based so may not be best for thinner hair but thick hair will feel silky. The product came with a seal under the twist cap which also gave me confidence that it had not been opened prior to purchasing. It also didn’t spill in transit.

I have thin but very curly hair and this is just awful. Weighs it down, looks greasy, stringy, etc. This is with a very small amount used on dry hair. Maybe if you have a very thick texture it would be something but it certainly isn't "weightless". Didn't try it as heat protectant. Tbh if you have straight hair I could see it being more useful for frizz, I think it just destroys curls
