Please bring the previous formula back?
If I could give zero stars I would. I have sensitive skin and have allergic reactions to many soaps and body washes. I have been using caress daily silk for over 25 years because of this and I have had no reactions. Original formula is great for sensitive skin and had a lovely light scent. The new formula causes a rash and made me very itchy, and it smells overpowering. When it first came out I bought it unknowing it was so different. I threw it away! I tried to find the original formula and stockpiled it! Sadly, I no longer have any left. Reading reviews I am not the only one who feels this way. Please bring back the original formula and ingredients.

Miss the old formula
I used to use this soap. I DO NOT like the new formula. It leaves my skin dry like the ivory formula does. I used this product for over 20 years. I will no longer be a customer. The scent is not as good as it used to be. When I tried the new formula my children noticed the new scent, and told me they miss my old scent. I can't leave the soap on my skin long, it makes my skin tight, and it feels like there is sticky residue on my skin. With the original formula I was able to wash my private parts, and the new formula irritates me. Not sure why you changed something that was awesome, and made people feel good to something that does not keep scent, irritates the skin, and makes our skin dry. I would rather pay more for the original then have to go through finding another soap to use.

Allergic reacrion
It gave me a allergic reaction in my lady area and I have been itching and it's a fat ads rash on my lips so now I can't get no man part and yall need to fix that nasty funky ads soap. Stuff just nasty how yall selling that and it stank like that and gives people allergic reaction should be ashamed of yall dang company..!!!

Change it back
They changed the formula a couple years ago. I did stock up on the old formula but I’m hoping they will change it back. The new formula is not a moisturizing soap but a filmy squeaky clean and doesn’t feel good at all.

The new scent is terrible and oddly causes an allergic reaction whereas the old scent does not. I have used caress my whole life and had to discontinue. Would love to know what people switched to.

I knew it was something off about the scent of the soap i have been scavenging trying to find the original scent and come to website to see IAM NOT ALONE with the scent change. I used my last new scent bar and won’t purchase again until i smell that original scent again I know reviewing it won’t make a difference but glad I can voice my opinion about the change you can tell it has been changed and I don’t like it

Need original back
This is a new version, it is awful. It smells funny, it's goopy. You need to go back to the original version. I've been using that since I was a young girl. I'm 65 now. I'm so disappointed. I love the old version. The scent wasn't too heavy. It was moisturizing and lovely. Please bring back the old version. That all love so much

I have been using this product since I was a child. My grandma loved it and I continued to use it as an adult. I am afraid to say it...but it's been going on 50 years. I love the smell of that soap and it reminds me of my grandma so much. To my surprise when I went to stock back up on my soap and it does not smell the same anymore!! I put it back in the box and I just want my old Caress soap scent back!! The sad part is I couldn't find just like a 2 pack I had to buy an 8 pack. I think I may have to return it. So sad.
