Q: Why are the pillows listed as size: 38" x 20" and the tag on the pillow lists 36" x 20" and the actual pillow (I just got one delivered today) only measures 32" x 17" ?

A: Cariloha is being investigated for fraudulent business practices to include mislabeled products and seliing them as King size with false tags and measurements.

Buyer Beware: POOR Quality and size is 32x17 NOT King
Very poor quality and the size stated on Target.com is 38x20, the tag on the pillow lists 36x20. The size is actually 32x17. I've included a picture of a true 36x20 KING pillow next to the Cariloha KING Air Flow Pillow. We also ordered the Cariloha Universal Flex Pillow Charcoal infused Viscose from Bamboo Memory Foam King White and it to was way smaller than advertised. I have also posted pictures of that pillow on Target.com. I reported and reached out to Cariloha customer support and they where NO HELP at all. Will be returning to the local Target store.

Best night's sleep ever.
The best thing about this pillow is the fact that it holds its shape throughout the night. The width is perfect for keeping my entire head on the pillow. I monitor my sleep on my Fitbit and my restlessness has significantly decreased .

Great Pillow For Side Sleepers
This pillow has been great for me. I am a side and back sleeper and it has the perfect loft. I am 6' tall so I have a little broader shoulder and it works great for me. It is a medium/firm pillow with about 5.5 inches of loft. Good for side sleepers because the pillow does not sink too much when you lay your head down. That's what I had a problem with other pillows claiming to be a side sleeper pillow. They would say 5.5 inches of loft, then you would lay your head on it and loose 2-3 inches of loft. Whats the point of having such a high loft if the pillow sinks so much when you lay your head on it. Usually not good for side sleepers. We need a firmer pillow to keep our posture in line. Also, the pillow did not have any smell when I first opened it. I let it set for about 8 hours before I used it to make sure it was at its full height and firmness.

Really nice pillow
Bought one as a Christmas present for my husband... and got one for myself as well! Very very soft, at first it felt a little firm, but since having it we have both slept much better. Very comfortable. Will probably be getting a sheet set next!

My girlfriend tells her friends she only started dating me because of my pillows I have on my bed. I went a week on vacation without my pillows (I normally take them) and I couldn’t find how why I was sleeping so terrible. These pillows change how you view sleep!

Pillow review
I do like that the pillow is made of sustainable materials, its the top reason I bought the pillow. I feel like I have to prop the pillow up in an elevated positions with another, inferior pillow in order to make it the most comfortable though. That's my only critique.
