Great for 3B Hair, Dry Environments
Curls are Type 3B and this conditioner has been my holy grail for the past 2 years, I previously used Briogeo Don’t Despair, Repair shampoo/conditioner combo but for the price difference Carol’s Daughter takes the win! For reference I’m in dry weather and since moving from California (more humid) have had to find more moisturizing products due to the environment I’m styling in. I also have a filter in my shower since the water is very hard where I’m based. This conditioner brings my hair back every time!

Great for 4C hair
I have been natural for years and I struggled to find a hair line where I did not have to cross products. I have been using this product for 2 years now both the shampoo and conditioner! The conditioner works wonders and it actually smells good. No other conditioner works for my hair. When I go to the hair salon, I always bring both this shampoo and conditioner to let her use this. The conditioner leaves my hair moist, I let it sit for 15-20 minutes. Best product!

Smells like Smoke. Giving me a headache.
I wanted to like this product. BUT. The smell is nauseating!! Makes my kids smell like the live in a smoker’s home. It seems to work ok on my kids 3c and 4a curls though. Their hair is very soft. But frizzy. I’m not sure I’m going to use this. Idk how to mask the smell.

AMAZING
Ever since I started using every product from this same line Goddess Strength, it has been a GAME CHANGER for my 2C-3A long mixed curly wavy hair!! I love it so so much, I receive a lot of compliments on my hair almost daily and everything I use is from this brand from wash to style to treatment. My hair has grown a lot, I even have new baby hair that grew, it feels so healthy, soft, and shiny!! Like every woman with a mane, l I have tried almost every brand and even expensive ones like Curlsmith, and I know how hard and frustrating it is to fight to find what works so I'm very happy to have discovered this brand/line and def recommend it.

Wish there was a different container
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this product, its feels good and smell great! My only problem is the container, it is very hard to use (I have some wrist problems) and it's so difficult to get the last couple ounces of the product. I would love if they was a container like the Hair Milk or Black Vanilla collection.

this product left my hair feeling rough and brittle. I do not know why that is. also the labeling is very misleading. on the front of the package it states: "no parabens, petrolatum, mineral oil artificial colors" generally when the above ingredients are listed the product does not contain silicone. but it has silicone, and a lot of it. also the smell, reminds me of cigarette ashes. I had to wash my hair all over again after using this product. it went right back t the store. I have 3C/4A color treated hair, medium to long length.

Smell Ruins It
I saw the reviews before purchasing but ignored them since I was in store and it smelled just fine in the bottle. My goodness the cigarette smell does hit you hard when mixing it with water in the shower. It also lingers in your hair afterward once it’s dry. I’m sad this didn’t work out. I don’t recommend.
