I have this for breakfast with unsweetened oat milk and a little extra cinnamon. The sweetness is subtle. The cereal is very dense. I eat 35-50% less of this than I do standard cereal, and it keeps me full for a long time. I wish it were less expensive.

I put a handful of this cereal in my coffee with some cream and it's heavenly. You could even use the no sugar whipped cream instead of real heavy whipping cream. It makes facing a rampaging stock market first thing in the morning seem like sitting on the porch enjoying a southerly breeze. I like the larger bags better.

On Jun 8, I bought 4 cereals and 2 cookies. 2 blueberry, 1 fruity, and the last one was chocolate and peanut butter. The cookies were 1 vanilla and 1 peanut butter. I love this product, 100% recommended for people with diabetes.

I bought this as sort of an alternative to having cereals and granolas. I pour my first bowl and I was immediately dejected by the taste. The only thing I enjoyed from this was that my milk turned blue,otherwise I would not buy this flavor again.

If you take a bite of this without milk, it’s absolutely disgusting and feels like you have a film in your mouth. What helped me is letting the cereal soak in vanilla almond milk for at least a minute prior to eating and adding a few dashes of cinnamon. It doesn’t end up actually tasting like much of anything but I can’t understate the fullness I felt and a little boost of energy after eating. Also drinking a strong cup of coffee after eating gets rid of any aftertaste. I think it’s worth it to unfortunately not be eating for taste with this breakfast food for the benefits it provides
