This gentle baby lotion is designed to soothe and nourish, while moisturizing and protecting baby's delicate skin from dryness. Specially formulated with soothing Organic Calendula extract, derived from the Marigold flower and used for centuries to soothe dry, sensitive skin.
I’m not sure this product is best for sensitive skin. It seems to have a strong fragrance. My one month old had really bad baby acne that dried out on her face. Her little face was so dry and red and I put this on it and it irritated it further. She cried when I put it on. It may just be her specific skin type though.
Not a fan of the lotion due to color and overwhelming perfume-y scent. I prefer Everyone Lotion for babies. I would not recommend for babies with eczema or anyone who doesn't like a strong scent. Would not buy again.
Has a kind of weird smell, but I didn't mind that. It just doesn't work very well. Unlike Gold Bond, it did NOT make my hands WORSE, but it only worked for a few hours at a time. And there was no healing, ultimately. My hands were just as dry before as they were after use.
So i was using dove baby lotion to my son since he was 2months old. Then I thought I should give a try to cetaphil as i was using cetaphit baby wash. I loved the scent of this lotion. The yellow color didn’t even bothered me at all. Lol. The only thing that I didn’t like is the watery light consistency. The moisture level is very poor. Not good for winter at all. It may helps in chilly summer when u don’t need a lot of moisture in ur baby’s body. Its good for oily skin not for dry skin at all. So if ur baby’s skin is dry and u want a lotion with good quality of moisture that stay for quite a long tym then cetaphil is not the right choice. U can try baby dove lotion. I’m going back to baby dove lotion again. I will keep the cetaphil lotion for summer. I opened it so can’t change :( but I loved there wash no lie :)
