The packaging was really bad it didnt work the scent was horrible it was to expensive and the ingredients was absolutely shocking and this did not meet my standards

While it felt light and non stripping at first, I noticed my skin became oilier throughout the day and I experienced a few breakouts after continued use, the formula is definitely gentle, but it just did not give me the deep clean feeling I need. However, I can see it working really well for those with dry or normal skin especially if they’re sensitive or react easily to harsher cleansers. It’s fragrance free and does not leave the skin feeling tight, which is a plus. Overall, it’s a great product, just not the right fit for oily or acne-prone skin like mine

As someone with acne prone and sensitive skin, i know that I can rely on this product to gently remove dirt and makeup. I like that it is unscented and easy to grab at the drugstore for a good price.

My skin is sensitive but this cleanser is so gentle and it doesn't dry out my skin.

The cleanser comes out as a foam, rather than being a cream to foam cleanser. Because of that, I feel like it requires more product to get a good cleanse. Compared to other cleansers I just feel like this isn't a standout to me. I much prefer their other cleansers, such as the one with salicylic acid. It has no fragrance and a basic list of ingredients. If you're looking for something simple this cleanser is good.

This is really good for an every day product for face washing. It’s gentle but effective. Didn’t leave my face feeling dry or sensitive. It’s decently priced.

I like the product itself, but the pump on the bottle is poorly designed. You pump once, it stays down. Have to use the thumb on my free to hand to pry it back up, which hurts. Pump again, it stays down. But I need a third pump sometimes so I have to pry it back up. It's a pain. And I won't spend money on another bottle to see if the design team made any improvments.
