Used to be a great cleanser and had no smell. Just bought a new bottle with “new look” packaging and the cleanser now has a VERY strong odor. Smells like a hospital. Please change it back!

Great cleanser, but poor pump design
I love this as a morning cleanser for my dry, sensitive skin. The foam is so much better than the regular cream cleanser which I never felt cleaned very well. The foaming cleanser pump bottle, however, is terrible. It leaks and leaves the outside of the bottle sticky. I noticed all of the bottles at the store were sticky, too. The design must be defective.

Bad bottle design.
Bad design. Pump gets stuck. Awkward shape and hard to push down. Bottle kinda awkward to cold and push pump down with one hand. Ended up transferring to a different bottle.

I have combination oily skin, and the Cetaphil Gentle Foaming Cleanser has really impressed me. Malfunctioning pump
Fix pump! Ridiculous that after all the bad reviews regarding pump you still haven't fixed it. You can't even use product since the pump malfunctions after just a few uses!

Works well with sensitive skin
I enjoy using this product with my sensitive skin. It doesn’t have any strong smells and assists with removing any make up remover balm I use. Only bummer is the pump broke immediately.
