I started using this at night, after I’m back from an outing or work and I have to tell you, it’s dusty outside, you need a cleanser, it is super effective, nice scent, clear packaging description and overall great ingredient list.

While it felt light and non stripping at first, I noticed my skin became oilier throughout the day and I experienced a few breakouts after continued use, the formula is definitely gentle, but it just did not give me the deep clean feeling I need. However, I can see it working really well for those with dry or normal skin especially if they’re sensitive or react easily to harsher cleansers. It’s fragrance free and does not leave the skin feeling tight, which is a plus. Overall, it’s a great product, just not the right fit for oily or acne-prone skin like mine

As someone with acne prone and sensitive skin, i know that I can rely on this product to gently remove dirt and makeup. I like that it is unscented and easy to grab at the drugstore for a good price.

The cleanser comes out as a foam, rather than being a cream to foam cleanser. Because of that, I feel like it requires more product to get a good cleanse. Compared to other cleansers I just feel like this isn't a standout to me. I much prefer their other cleansers, such as the one with salicylic acid. It has no fragrance and a basic list of ingredients. If you're looking for something simple this cleanser is good.

I like the product itself, but the pump on the bottle is poorly designed. You pump once, it stays down. Have to use the thumb on my free to hand to pry it back up, which hurts. Pump again, it stays down. But I need a third pump sometimes so I have to pry it back up. It's a pain. And I won't spend money on another bottle to see if the design team made any improvments.

Been using the cleanser for a few weeks now and I’m really liking it so far. The foam is super light and fluffy, and it cleans my face without making it feel dry or tight afterward—just soft and clean. I have somewhat sensitive skin, and a lot of cleansers either leave my skin super dry or feeling stripped, but this one doesn’t at all. For everyday use, I think it’s perfect.

I have purchased this product twice at different times. Each time, the spray pump on the bottle failed and I was unable to pump any product out of the bottle after a dozen or so uses. Clearly, the product itself is excellent, but the foaming spray mechanism is inferior. Both times, I have ended up discarding the product, and purchased another Cetaphil Cleanser with a different pump mechanism.
