This “cleanser” left my skin feeling unclean after washing, and did not remove any makeup. The texture is weird, and so is the smell. What a waste.

Started using this in highschool (I’m now 34) and haven’t stopped. I’ve tried other brands, high end cleansers, etc. my face always stays clean and clear when using cetaphil products

This Cetaphil gentle skin cleanser doesn't make my hands burn like other liquid soap. If you want less bad ingredients in your soap try this Cetaphil gentle cleanser. It feels smooth against my hands. It does not have an overwhelming smell either. I have excema and this is my go to for washing my hands as it doesn't dry my hands out. The Cetaphil pump helps get out the right amount that you need to effectively cleanse your hands. This cleanser n ser is also perfect to use on your face and body. It's also for all skin types. Really gentle and doesn’t dry out my skin. It cleans well without leaving that tight feeling after washing. There’s no strong scent, which I like. It’s not the best for removing heavy makeup, but perfect for everyday use or sensitive skin.

Good gentle cleanser
This product gets the job done, although when I follow up with a toner I can definitely find a lot of residual makeup left on the pads. Of course it is gentle, but maybe just a tad too much. Has a great scent and contains glycerin which is awesome!

Let me have some!
This is a wonderful product I use it and recommend it to friends and family. The only thing I'm frustrated by is the difficulty of getting the pump to un hook or I twist for it seems waaaay too long to get it to pop up so I can actually get the pump to work. I've never been this frustrated with this kind of design before, why is this one so hard to do??? Please help if you have a easy way or tip.

I have been using the Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser for over 35 years now. It is gentle and yet works very well. It does not burn my eyes when I remove eyes makeup and after I use it, it leaves my skin nice and soft. This product is also reasonably priced and when me, my daughter and son all use it daily, one bottle lasts a long time. Overall, if you have sensitive skin make sure and try this product!

Disappointing
Cetaphil changed the formula around 2021. I stocked up on the original, but after 3 years it ran out & I finally had to try the new version. The new formula is thin, not very moisturizing, & smells terrible. The only good part is that it does not lather. I'll use it until I can find something better.

The packaging is very effective. It is a pump packaging. It does have a slight scent a slight soapy scent. The price is very affordable. This product is very effective and it has minimal ingredients. This can be used for a combination to oily too sensitive skin a deep, clean and minimize their appearance of pores without stripping the skin of natural moisture. It has hydrating glycerin essential vitamins B5 and B3. It is a deep cleansing, gentle foaming formula with hydrating glycerin and B5 and B3 that reinforces the skin, moisture barrier balances the skin and is clinically tested to remove dirt access oil and makeup buildup without leaving the skin feeling dry and tight! I use this morning and night. It is my go to face cleanser. It is the only cleanser that I use twice a day. It is Dermatologist tested and it is the number one recommended facial skin care brand in the world so if you haven’t tried to give it a try.
