These are so thin that everytime I try to pull them out they rip in half! Going back to the cottonelle wipes! I miss the up and up brand ones!! They were cheap and perfect for what I needed them to do!

These used to be great, and packaging looked the same and there was no indication of “new” anything to let me know that these have been changed/ reformulated. Now they are soooooo thin, I need to use 4 wipes at a time to equal up!!! Horrible. Imagine a wet piece of one ply toilet paper… still probably thicker than these new wipes.

I am very disappointed in the recent packaging and quality of Charmin wipes that come in the blue package as opposed to the old green packaging. Reasons: 1. The Hole is too small and the lid is too small. 2. The wet ones are packed so tightly that more than one usually comes out. 3. The quality of the wet ones are thinner, very messy, tear easily, and are seldom flat. 4. Unless you return to the original packaging, I will try another brand.I made the mistake of buying a 4 pack, having always trusted Charmin. 5. I notice that you have no category for complaints!
