This is my go-to cereal — seriously, if you could see my Target purchase history, you’d believe me. Oat Crunch Oats ‘n Honey has the perfect mix of honey sweetness and hearty oat texture, and the crunch is satisfying without being aggressive (no shredded mouth here). Sometimes products labeled "protein" just taste like a protein shake. These make your milk similar to a protein shake but it tastes better. My 13 year old didn't care for it though.

Honestly this is a decent cereal and I think most american cereals are sugary unappetizing disasters. This strawberry flavor is very similar to strawberry ensure drinks. It's made with natural fruit colorings and fruit puree. I wish more cereals took a healthier approach since they expect us to eat this stuff every morning. Unfortunately protein cereal isn't entirely perfect because it contains high fructose corn syrup. They should either slash that amount in half because it's a tad bit too sweet or use an alternative healthier sweetener. Either way I do enjoy the flavor and think it's ingredients are taking a step in the right direction regardless.

It keeps me full and works great as a dry snack too. The flavor leans a little more toward something kids might love, so it’s not quite the grown-up Honey Nut Cheerios protein version I wish existed. That said, it’s still enjoyable if you’re in the mood for something a little sweeter and warm. I’d give it 3 stars mainly because I personally prefer a more balanced or subtle flavor profile.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cheerios are good, they have a real cinnamon taste but it’s not super sugary like Cinnamon Toast Crunch. I like that they have more protein than regular cheerios but without a weird protein taste. It’s a nice change from regular Honey Nut Cheerios, same crunchy texture but a different flavor profile. I definitely want to try the other Protein Cheerios flavors in the future.
