Honestly this is a decent cereal and I think most american cereals are sugary unappetizing disasters. This strawberry flavor is very similar to strawberry ensure drinks. It's made with natural fruit colorings and fruit puree. I wish more cereals took a healthier approach since they expect us to eat this stuff every morning. Unfortunately protein cereal isn't entirely perfect because it contains high fructose corn syrup. They should either slash that amount in half because it's a tad bit too sweet or use an alternative healthier sweetener. Either way I do enjoy the flavor and think it's ingredients are taking a step in the right direction regardless.

I love cinnamon and this cereal did not disappoint. With 8 grams of protein in each serving, Cinnamon Cheerios are a great way to start the day. I enjoyed the crunch and did not “taste” the protein. (Sometime protein products can have a chalky texture or flavor, but this did not.) This was great to snack on for both on-the-go breakfasts when I’m running late (which is frequently) and as a pick-me-up with my afternoon coffee at work. This is a great quality product that provides just the right amount of fullness. I will absolutely be purchasing more protein Cheerios, especially the cinnamon flavor, for my preferred snack.

I was nervous that they may taste dry, stale, or have a weird aftertaste in association with the protein aspect of things. But these tasted like regular Cheerios, and even better with some oat milk! The cinnamon is not a flavor I would normally buy but it was light and sweet without being too sweet like Cinnamon Toast Crunch for example.

I like that its gluten free and I thought it tasted really good. Makes a good snack on the go too! Add in some high protein milk and it’s a good snack to satisfy your sweet tooth. It does not have the cardboard or sawdust texture like most protein cereals have. I can’t wait to try the other flavors because this was a 10/10 for me.

At 8 grams per serving, it doesn’t offer as much protein as some other options out there, but the texture and taste are much better. I like the amount of cinnamon flavor it brings and I don’t notice any difference in texture which can often be an issue when additional protein is added. I would rather eat two bowls of this cereal than another that offers double the protein amount and would definitely purchase this again. It’s a good value for the amount you get. I also want to try the cookies and cream one.
