A: Hi Shanie, This unit does not have an AIR FRY feature, but rather a Crisping feature for reheating certain foods. Breaded items and pizza tend to come out soggy in standard microwaves. This unit enhanced the reheating to allow for less moisture. Thanks! Chefman Support

A: To set the clock for this unit, please follow the step-by-step instructions below: 1. Press and hold the TIMER/CLOCK button for 3 seconds 2. Use the keypad to set the time. 3. Press the TIMER/CLOCK button at any point to toggle between AM/PM 4. Press START to set the time. Once the clock has been set, the time will only return to 0000 if power is lost or the unit is unplugged.
