Find the right dose on chart bellow. mL = milliliter. Take every 4 to 6 hours, or as directed by a doctor. Do not take more than 6 doses in 24 hours. Attention: use only enclosed dosing cup specifically designed for use with this product. Do not use any other dosing device. Tips for outdoor allergens: Avoid being outside when the pollen count is high, typically in the morning. Shower and change clothing after spending time outdoors. I’ve always used Benadryl for my kids but only recently discover the dye free. I think dyes are unnecessary and for kids with red dye allergies this is important.

This is an awesome product that always takes the edge off of my most severe allergy problems. It dries out my sinuses and stops the itchy eyes almost immediately. It would be great if they came out with a product that didn't make me drowsy. Totally recommend
