I've repurchased this box due for over 4 years in color 6. It's the perfect neutral brown color to match by slightly brassy sunkissed ends to my roots once spring rolls around and I've got a bit of unintentional balayage going on. I sometimes get a little bit of hairfall the first wash after coloring but other than that it is easy to apply and always goes on evenly! It fades slightly but lasts until my hair gets sunkissed throughout the summer again and it's time to color again in the spring. Please never change the color/formula <3

Really easy process which I loved. Color is definitely darker (got light brown) than the box photo. Followed directions exactly. Definitely take this into consideration before picking your shade. Really nice smell

I love how this color turned out! So beautifully nuanced, the dye has some tonal variation and so it does come out looking natural not flat. Has grey coverage, for those of us who are starting to get a few grey hairs here and there. The conditioning creme is deeply nourishing, and smoothing. My hair came out great, looking beautiful and healthy. I've tried other brands like Loreal Gloss, regular Clairol... but this one is the best color, closest to PRO color

I would consider myself very skilled at dying my hair, but for some reason, even though I followed the directions perfectly, this didn’t color my hair at all! It actually slightly lightened my roots. Such a waste of money and time. So bummed.

Thought this product was a non permanent gloss (said it would wash out over 80 washes or so) NOPE it will stay forever no matter how much you wash it. Its a nice color but ya jokes on me

Heed the reviews - it does NOT wash out. While the instructions indicate 20-30 washes it does not. I have had professional bleaching to try and remove the residual color, and still not budging. Think twice about placing over grey or silver hair growth- as inevitably it makes it a weird brown or range color. It is not a temporary color. - too embarrassed to even post photos even after 90 days.

Please do not buy this. My hair is falling out in clumps, this is from one wash in the shower and it looks like a weeks worth. it strips any type of curl/wave you have in your hair and the color is basically black.

Does not wash out. I put it in end of October and it’s mid January now. DOES NOT WASH OUT. I have used so many shampoos and shampoos that aren’t color safe, dawn dish soap, vitamin e pills crushed up, EVERYTHING. it has barely budged in months. If that’s what you’re hoping for then it’s perfect, but for me, I just wanted a cute fall color not for permanent dark dark brown dye

Used to love this… great shade and conditioner that leaves my hair so silky. They must have changed it though, it no longer covers my greys (my primary reason for dyeing hair). Sad!
