Born on a 175-mile bike ride, CLIF BAR energy bars are purposefully crafted with a mix of protein, fat, and carbohydrates to help sustain active bodies before and during long-lasting activity. CLIF BAR energy bars are made with quality ingredients like wholesome organic rolled oats and no high-fructose corn syrup, and they are non-GMO and plant-based for a granola bar you can feel good about. I have always loved Clif bars, but the peanut butter flavor has to be my all time favorite. The taste is great, without having that weird protein texture. These tend to be a little bit pricier, but they are worth it!

Good taste but I think a little pricey
This bar is a good choice for a morning snack that taste really good. The texture is a little grainy to me but doesn’t change the freshness or flavor of the bar itself. I feel like it’s a little costly for the size. They are individually packaged which is great for taking them on the go.

Clif Bar Co. is shameful to decieve us!
I love these bars, but I resent that the the Clif company insulted my intelligence by upping the price of their large box and excitedly printing “NOW 15 Bars!” When there used to be 18 for less money. Shinkflation is insulting. Just charge more. Do not try to deceive us. I will be trying other bar brands because to the deception, NOT the price.

I eat these everyday for breakfast. I just bought a new box and was confused when I reached in to grab one and felt how tiny it was, I really thought I accidentally bought the minis but nope they are the normal ones. They are literally like half the size of what they used to be. So not worth the price anymore.

Gross and old like it wasnt peanut butter at all!
The first box I got in the store was great and this box I bought online was disgusting and tasted nothing like the one I got in the store. It tasted like old and spoiled, and didn’t even taste like peanut butter. It was disgusting and nasty.

Near expiration. Made me sick.
Target doesn't always, but too often ships food products that are nearing expiration. Not good! Especially when the product contains nuts, seeds or oils. This product is sold in bulk size and is intended for pantry. A close expiration means that most of the product will expire before it can be consumed. In this case the nuts were turning rancid and made me sick. I don't drive so have to order a lot of food online. PLEASE be more mindful of expiration dates on products you ship!

Convinced there's variation between batches
I might just be going crazy but I’m convinced there’s variation from batch to batch on these. 50% of the boxes I buy taste great, with a nice peanut flavor and texture. The other 50% are overly gummy and sour, almost like the nuts or peanut butter within them is rancid. And they aren’t cheap, so I hate to spend that much on bars that taste gross half the time.

I buy this product over and over again!
I bike about 100 miles/week and this is my go-to snack! I especially like buying them direct as I find the bars seem fresher and not as dense as the ones I get at the store.
