A: Hi, Our Colgate 360 Charcoal sonic battery powered soft Toothbrush does not have a time on it, so you can brush as long as you want to. Just push the button in until it clicks to start the brush, and again to turn it off. We hope this helps.

A: More than happy to help! Firmly hold the bottom of the handle while rotating the top counter-clockwise. Insert 2 new AAA batteries as indicated inside the brush handle and firmly rotate clockwise back into position to close. Hope this helps!

I bought this toothbrush on sale and also bought refills. After three months, when it was time to replace the heads, I realized that they did not match and the QR code on the brush that says it's for refills just takes you to buy a new brush. I'm trying to use less plastic, not more! There is a mail order electric toothbrush replacement that I buy for my son, so I guess I will be going with that too.

This toothbrush is a game-changer for me! It cleans my teeth very well. They feel plaque free and smooth. I prefer it to the Oral B version of this vibrating toothbrush. The head is larger and covers more surface area as well as the rotating bristles getting in between the teeth.
