Helps keep my teeth white and protects against cavities. It is very foamy so a little toothpaste goes a long way. My teeth feel very clean after using. The taste is very minty and there is a cooling feel after using.

Love this stuff
I tried this a year ago. My dentist thought I flossed several times a day. I've tried the Total Colgate, but don't like it as well. the Plaque pro leaves my teeth feeling clean all day. It's getting hard to find in stores in Alaska so am buying it online now. Kind of disappointing not being able to find it in the stores.

Very sturdy tube, does not flop around & can stand up on its own. The toothpaste is minty and leaves my teeth feeling very clean. I’m not sure it’s any better than a typical Colgate toothpaste, but it definitely cleans your mouth well.

I could not believe that this literally made my teeth whiter in one brushing session. I struggle with dental hygiene due to a number of issues. And I could actually see the toothpaste come out darker. It was removing the stains. It is incredible. I don't know how they do this

Awesome product but stupid packaging: excessive, shiny see thru chunk of plastic cap, that requests multiple rotations to open or close. A tube envelope thing that inhales air as soon as you release it. All inside a cardboard box!

Fresh and clean but not much whitening effect.
I’ve been using this toothpaste for about 30 days and while it leaves my mouth feeling clean and fresh, I haven’t noticed any real change in the whiteness of my teeth. It does a good job at everyday cleaning, but for whitening results it didn’t meet my expectations. Overall, I’d rate it 3 stars since it works fine as a regular toothpaste but not for what it claims.

Minty fresh cleaning wonder!
I love this toothpaste so much! It does what it says, fights plaque It’s foaming goodness leaves my teeth feeling like I’ve just had a cleaning every single day. I love how the strong minty flavor leaves my mouth clean and fresh. My single complaint is the lid. I like to multitask and it’s hard to screw the lid on while brushing, I’d much rather have a flip top cap.

I’ve been using the Colgate Total Plaque Pro-Release Whitening Paste for a while now, and it seriously impressed me from the start! After my very first few uses, I remember brushing and feeling something hard in my mouth — I spit it out and realized it was old plaque that I didn’t even know was there! 😳 That moment blew my mind. Now that I’ve been using it regularly, I don’t get that anymore (which tells me it’s doing its job!), but I’ve never used a toothpaste that made such a noticeable difference. My mouth feels cleaner, and it gives me peace of mind knowing it’s working beyond just freshening breath. This stuff is the real deal!

If you want a toothpaste with proven plaque-fighting performance then I’d suggest this. It’s worth the money because it actually works! The taste is minty so it leaves a fresh feeling after each brush. For best results I’d suggest brushing each side, top and bottom, for at least 90 seconds.
