[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 3M large picture hanging strip says that it can hold up to 15 lb. Be aware that 15 lb is when you use all four strips, when you use two, it should hold 7.5 lbs. I used these to mount a bracket to my wall to use as a hanging light fixture. I use two sets so it should hold up to 7.5 lb, which is less than the combined weight of the bracket and light bulb. Prepping my wall was easy and even though it said you only needed to wait an hour for the adhesive to build, I let it sit for 24. Pressing the strips together once half of it is mounted on the bracket was a little difficult as it seemed like once one strip snapped into place the other strip would pop out but eventually I managed to click both into place. So far so good! It's been about two weeks and every so often I give it a push to make sure nothing is loosening and it doesn't seem like it is. I would recommend these, but pay attention to how much one strip will actually hold.

We used them in one of our construction trailers to post a write on/wipe off board. They were easy to use and found that when the board was mounted, it was stable for writing on for progress notes.

I love using them because they do hold and when it’s time to remove them, they come off clean without damaging the wall or paint. I used these strips to hang up a framed photo of my grandchildren. The frame was a little heavy so I was worried it may not hold. These strips are made to hold 16 pounds and they do! My framed photo probably weighs about 8 pounds. I always recommend Command products by 3M because they work.

If you look at my picture included it makes the item very flush to the wall so you can't see the command strips. These work well but make sure you use the appropriate amount for the item weight or else they will pull and rip your wall paint. With proper use they work very well and leave no residue when removed. These were received for free in exchange for review.

I love that I can adjust the positioning of the pictures if I hang them up a little crooked, and given that I rent, I haven’t had any issues with the adhesive pulling paint off the walls either. With the black command strips, they blend into my picture frames without making it obvious they aren’t held up without nails! I recommend these to anyone looking for an easy way to hang home decor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know these are photo strips, but I’m pushing the limits here I sew and craft so I’m finding ways that I can use these strips on different items I have in my craft room. I decided to try and hang up my DIY ironing board that had a cloth and padfing wrapped around a wooden cutting board and it works!! This is awesome because I usually just lean it up on the wall and now it can have its own space on the closet door. I’m loving these strips!! I will say for me the easiest way is to fold the two strips onto each other without ripping them from their perforated lines. Then I stick it on the surface of my DIY ironing board then I peeled off the backing of the strip and stuck it to the closet door. I’m trying to find the best way to get this to be straight and lined up properly because when I do it separately, it comes out a little crooked.

I have plaster walls so I prefer not to put holes in them, if I can help it. I moved last year and love making my own decor. I sometimes am unsure of where I want to place items, and I like the convenience of being able to hang something and change my mind later without damaging the walls. I have the majority of art and photos up using Command Picture hanging strips. I used them previously at my apartment too. They are and easy to use too. I didn't have to worry about fees from too many holes in the wall. As reliable as they are, I know I can hang my mom's original artwork on my walls without worry.
