Q: Can the clear plastic mouthpiece be removed? If so, is the spout opening larger than the clear plastic piece? I don't like sipping through small openings or straws.

A: The spout of this bottle is not removable. The opening of the spout and the clear plastic is the same. You can try our Jackson chill 2.0 water bottle, that one has a chug type opening/spout.

I got this bottle a year ago for my 8 years old son. As you can see this poor bootle all worn out but no leakage still using it. Super durable. My son throws bangs everywhere. Water stays cool and fresh no metal taste.

It was a decent water bottle until black mold started forming around the bite spout. I tried a small bottle brush but it won’t clean it completely. I popped out the bite spout to fully clean it but you cannot pop it back in. Now I have a broken water bottle that cannot be recycled and will end up in a landfill.

I tested it by bringing it with me in the car for a backpacking trip and leaving it in the car (because it's not backpacking weight friendly haha) and the water was still cold when we got back two days later! The handle makes it nice to carry and by folding on the top, keeps the bottle nice and sleek with nothing getting in the way so it tucks into a backpack nicely.

It keeps my water cold for hours, Ill put in a few ice cubes in the morning and theyre still there later in the day. I love how easy it is to drink from with the one handed push-button lid, especially when Im on the move. The spout cover keeps things clean (which I really appreciate), and the lock gives me peace of mind when I toss it in my bag. The carry handle with the built-in clip makes it super convenient to take around, and cleaning it has been effortless. It keeps my water ice cold literally all day, even during long shifts or workouts. The pop-up straw is super convenient and the spout cover is great for keeping things clean, especially when I toss it into my bag. I also love that the handle folds down so its not in the way. I have SO many different water bottles and each of them has something about them that bugs me sooner or later. This one is checking all the boxes so far Love the look. It is sleek, easy to carry and I LOVE the baby blue color It doesnt leak! Seems like such an easy ask but so many bottles have leaked when Im on the go with the kids and it drives me crazy. I love the lock on the bottle to prevent the spout from popping open. It is skinny enough of a bottle that my kids can hold it comfortably in their little hands as well. The best features for me are the small & easy-to-carry handle at the top of the bottle plus the straw inside. It definitely keeps water cold until the next day (and in this hot summer thats a must!) It holds a large amount of fluids (710 mls) and thats a bonus for me since. I especially love that the spout is covered when its not in use keeping it safe from dirt and germs. 100% recommend this bottle; they last forever!

In the morning of Friday I put some ice and cold water in it for the week end and I packed my stuff to visit my friend in Quebec City. The chiller cup is so easily transportable and I was a pleasant surprise to notice that even more than 24 hours the water was still cold enough to drink it again. We went to several places like hiking, spa, massage, on the road in the car and I really love the way it works. Its easy to open it, the mechanism to lock it and to keep it clean is absolutely well designed. I will surely buy another one for my boyfriend because I will try to steel it from me ahahaha
