Q: Does this mug have the autoseal feature?
A: very leakproof and seas perfectly
submitted bymudfence - 4 years agoA: Hi! Thank you for reaching out. This Stainless Steel Travel Mug with Grip has a snapseal feature. If the snapseal is pressed down or locked, it keeps the rubber bullet inside the lid sealed. If you wanted to have an autoseal mug, you may choose our Autoseal West Loop mug or Luxe mug. Thank you! Have a good day!

Q: This cup sucks. Cant even open it with two hands let alone one.
A: Hello, we're really sorry to hear you're having a tough time with your Contigo® Byron 2.0 Travel Mug. That’s definitely not the experience we want you to have. Here are a few tips that might help make opening the SNAPSEAL™ lid a bit easier: Keep the mug upright and twist the lid gently counter-clockwise. If it's sealed too tightly, grip the mug at the base or textured grip for more control. Sometimes condensation or hand moisture makes it harder to grip. Try using a dry kitchen towel or a rubber jar opener to get better leverage. If the lid seems really stuck, run the top part (just the lid) under warm water for 30–60 seconds. This can help loosen any pressure seal that may have built up. If the mug was sealed with a hot drink inside, pressure might make it harder to open. Let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes, then try again. Make sure you’re gripping the body of the mug, not the lid, while trying to twist it off. This keeps the force where it matters. We totally get how frustrating this can be, and we’re here to help. If none of these tips work, please reach out to us via our official Contigo "Contact Us" website. We’re available Mon.-Fri. 9 am -5 pm Eastern Time. Thank you, and please stay safe! Contigo Consumer Care

Q: Is there another lid that will fit this bottle? I want to use this as a cycling bottle and the coffee lid won't work.
A: We do not generally recommend to interchange the lids even if they are on the same size as we do not guarantee if the other model lid will fit unto your Contigo. The lid that came with your purchase Contigo is designed to fit only your mug. Not for use with other products.
