Do better!
These phones are becoming cheaper and service is nonexistent. I called because I had questions about the phone and was told to look online and order it online twice before someone helped me and I ended up online anyway. The phone still dies fast. Paid taxes upfront and still ended up with a phone bill higher than I was told it would be. I’m not sure where the disconnect is with ATT. I’ve had service as a teen with my parents and it use to be the best. I’m in my 40s wondering what the heck is going on and it’s not just the economy.

Phone wants to micromanage the user.
The built-in apps are not easy to use. For example, to set a simple wake-up alarm in the clock app, you need to use a separate fitness app that tells you when to sleep, before it allows you to setup the wake-up alarm in the clock app. Really! It insists on being your nanny! The weather app is VERY inaccurate, it has rained every night for over a week, and the app has been saying "0 inches precipitation" in the next 10 days for weeks now! The phone won't charge up fast when you need it, unless you disable the "save the planet low carbon footprint" mode! And you cannot save pictures to a removable memory card. If the phone goes kaput, your pics are GONE.

It's the new iPhone
The upgrades feel pretty incremental at this point, but it's still a great phone, especially if you're deep in the Apple ecosystem. I'm keeping Apple A.I. off (trying to avoid as much A.I. as I can), so can't really speak to that feature, though it's still in beta anyway. The dedicated camera button is pretty handy. But bottom line, I tend to upgrade whenever I've paid off my previous phone and it starts to lose battery power or run slowly; that's what I did here, and I'm more than happy with the iPhone 16 as an upgrade.

I’m unhappy with the phone.
I’ve only had this phone for a few months and they talk to text doesn’t always work. Also many times I’m unable to make phone calls or receive phone calls and need to turn my phone off and back on for this to start working again. I’ve been meaning to reach out about this issue And get it fixed.

Works as Apple product should. Siri not working as well as my iPhone 11 did, though. Sleek design. Most features intuitive. Some Google research needed for unfamiliar features.

This is the fourth iPhone I have owned. Apple has refined the OS and the hardware over the years, so it works as designed. I wish the battery life were a bit longer, but that is the only criticism I have.

What was a very painless process they have made it simple to activate phones now .. Very nice phone only thing I don’t like the type C charging port but I love the phone overall .
