[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the pillow, very comfortable, BUT MUST WASH COVER AND LET IT AIR OUT BEFORE YOU LAY ON IT. I was so excited when it arrived, that I lay on it for about 20 min the day it arrived. My neck broke out in a rash that didn’t go away for a number of days. I have washed the cover twice, let it air out almost a whole week, and now use my own cover over its cover and its been fine.

But, I did find myself trying to mould it into a crescent shape nightly. I was at someone's house and they showed me the pillow THEY love- when I found it it was coop I ordered it immediately and boy am I glad I did. I have had a fusion in my neck and proper positioning for me is essential. I am sleeping better than I have in a very long time. I wish it was a little les expensive so I could order another for my RV and when I visit family out of state.

I plan to buy another, and plan on buying this brand of pillow as long as Coop Sleeping Goods are in business.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been sleeping on the Crescent pillow for a couple weeks now and I love it. It doesn’t go flat throughout the night. The shape is wonderful whether I am sleeping on my side or my back. I find myself sleeping on my hands less which makes numb hands less often and when sleeping on my back it is like it snuggles me and supports my head no matter how I turn it. I will update if anything changes but at this point I highly recommend it.

Loving it very much used it just as it was sent no adjustment needed! Thinking about getting another one

This pillow shape works, I like the in depth instructions for pillow loft depending upon your sleep style. It works Thank you!

I can sleep on my side and my neck is in the right place but there's just enough pillow in the front to make it super cozy. I've been using for a few weeks now and have been sleeping so good. I'm thinking I may add a little of the extra fluff that came with it. I love that I can alter it to make it even more perfect!!

Not sure I need a queen size pillow and cases for that size are harder to find. The contouring fits my shoulders if I’m on my back or on my side. Very happy with this purchase, would recommend and buy again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the crescent pillow for my 5 year old granddaughter, who is on the autism spectrum, and had difficulty sleeping. I have a really close relationship and she often tells Nana things that she doesn't tell anyone else. First I bought her a silk pillowcase to deal with the hair tangles (autistic kids often don't like having their hair brushed.) When I asked her if she like it, she told me it was good, but the "pins" were still in it and waking her up. When I went to her room to check out her pillow, she was sleeping on a down pillow, and some of the the pin feathers were sticking through. So I immediately bought her a Coop pillow, which has definitely contributed to a better night's sleep, and after some adjustments with the fill level, she absolutely loves her pillow. So would I recommend this for kids who have sleep issues? You bet. I can't say that it definitely improved her sleep, but it makes me sleep better knowing she's on a good, comfortable pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a side sleeper I thought the crescent might be the right pillow for me but it wasn’t quite right. It’s very comfortable and being able to adjust the fill is nice but I returned it and bought a shoulder cutout version. THAT version is perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is way too hot. I have a cooling cover and same cases on it as other pillows, but I wake up with my head sweating. Not supportive of neck when on my back if full enough to support when on side.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is The One! After trying dozens of pillows over the years, I can finally say I found my perfect fit. I added just a couple handfuls of more fill and have found the sweet spot of comfort to sleep now. Will be buying a couple more and sharing my Coop traditional pillows (the next best thing) with the rest of my family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I can say that this pillow is much better than your average store bought pillow. However, I’m still having difficulty with a sore neck in the morning when I wake up. I tried taking some of the fill out but that made it worse so I added the fill back in. I guess I have to just keep playing around with the fill to get it to the proper fitting. The pillow is definitely comfortable and perhaps my issue has a lot to do with body posture and not the actual pillow. I guess I’ll have to experiment with better posture for sleeping.

I am both a side & back sleeper. A pillow that is too low doesn’t provide enough support for side sleep. A pillow that is too high lifts my head so my spine out of alignment for back sleep. This pillow is uncomfortable for both. It is too squishy so my face sinks into it for side sleeping, and the two tails at either end make this worse. It is much too high for back sleeping, pushing my head up so I awaken with a stiff neck. It was a waste of money for me. Have to look for another option to meet my needs.
