Super cute & works great!
Love this cute humidifier, we clean it about once a week & only use distilled water. Its got a big water basin, so runs all night, even on high. It pushes out quite a bit of “cool steam” which I appreciate. Cons: it doesn’t rotate in different directions, and cannot be used with essential oils(like most humidifiers)

Hard to put water container into the base. Can’t direct air where you want it to go. Just goes straight up whereas my other I could direct the air. Like it tho. Cute. Runs for a long time when filled. Extremely quiet.

Adequate
So far so good. I'm looking for a humidifier that's less work than a pet, and from what I can gather from reviews and manufacturer instructions, they all seem to need more attending to than my cats. This one may be a moldy mess in a month, but the lack of filters is nice, it's quiet, and the green power light doesn't bother me at all. It's a little messy to fill (I keep a dish towel next to it to catch drips as I carry it to the kitchen to fill.) My one critical point thus far is that although I can clearly see the mist it emits, it doesn't feel like the humidity disperses through the room like it did with my old (albeit, moldy) humidifier.

Don't waist your money or time!
I received this humidifier as a baby shower gift. I immediatly noticed that the stream of vapor went up and came directly down on the machine. The dresser it was sitting on was soaked the next morning. By the second use the tank was draining from the bottom! Water got everywhere and I had to just throw it out. It's made of very thin plastic. Cheaply made, and unreliable.

This is our second humidifier. The first was a heating-element driven design: the fan was obnoxious and the gurgling of the water woke us up most nights. This ultra-sonic type is very quiet, even the water refilling. The 'on' LED is a bit bright. This was taken care of with a little duct-tape (4 layers). We have been sleeping well with this humidifier since 'dimming' the LED.

Owl humidifier
Bought for a baby shower gift. Couldn't give it full 5 stars because I have no idea of it's operating ability, but it's cute and seems sturdy. Delivery was on time, which was appreciated, particularly since it's the holiday season.

Adorable and functional!
It's an adorable single room humidifier that is simple to use and clean. I'd recommend using distilled water and getting the water filters Crane makes for these to minimize buildup, residue, and general nastiness that comes from using tap water. Beings this is clearly targeted for children, some sort of latch or lock to prevent a little one from knocking or taking off the water basin would be a nice addition, as well as a way to lock the setting knob in place.

was replaced by crane and that one broke. my sister had 2, they broke right outside of warranty. buy a vornado, those things last forever.

Cute is as Far as it Gets!
The Crane humidifiers are super cute, but not very functional. The handle for the water reservoir (under the face cap of the humidifier) cannot be used once the unit is full of water. It's entirely useless. I'm not even sure why it's there. It even states not to use the handle when the unit is full. The plastic is also VERY cheap and thin. If you drop it, it will break! I paid nearly $40 for each of mine (I have 3). It also doesn't do well humidifying. The price is going down for a reason folks. Don't waste your money!!

A lifesaver!
Our baby kept waking herself up sneezing due to our HVAC system. We got this and set it up, and she slept like a log through the night. The variety of adjustable levels is crazy, and it lasts 10 hours on full blast. Just be sure to follow the cleaning instructions, and you'll never need another humidifier.
