Sent me a used item! Do not trust it
Wish I could review this, but you sent me a used item that had STRONG usage of the essential oils which is toxic to dogs and now I can't get the smell off my hands no matter how hard I scrub and now I need to drive an hour to return it because I dont have a printer to print off a label. Very disturbing to send out used items!

Works well despite being hard to clean mildew
I’ve had this for less than 2 months and clean it twice a week (for newborn). While it works well and has nice features, the tank seams are not sealed around the bottom back rim well and has pink mold/bacteria going in it. I’ve tried everything to get it out and nothing is able to get to it. I wish there was a solution to this problem. However, it looks like I need to buy a completely new humidifier for my baby.

Great humidifer !
Great purchase-2.5 years going strong! This humidifier is mighty and works effectively. It does need the water to changed daily, and weekly cleaning with vinegar(so easy to do). I have had no issues in maintaining it, no mold or problems. I like that the steam mist level output can be adjusted. Maintain it and you’ll have no problems! This humidifier works for 15 hours-Excellent purchase!

Let down
I was truly let down by this product. After just 20 minutes of use, a red light illuminated, signaling that it had ceased to function entirely. It’s incredibly frustrating to invest in something that fails to meet even the most basic expectations. The experience was disappointing, to say the least. I would strongly advise against purchasing it—proceed with caution if you choose to buy!

Horrible. Got this from our registry and haven't had to use it until now and the humidifier just doesn't work. Got it to work for about 20 seconds and the light turns red. We've tried all the trouble shooting tips. What a waste of money

Faulty Sound Machine
We bought this about a month ago and have used it every night since. Just tonight the sound machine portion stopped working, although it was working earlier today. That's really unhelpful considering my toddler uses a sound machine to fall asleep and now we don't have one for her at the last minute. Hopefully it's a fluke and the replacement will be better.

Worked for a little
When I first got this machine it worked for a few weeks before it started leaking. I had to tape the float down to the inside of the machine to get that to stop. After cleaning the machine the light comes on but you can barely hear the sound and no output as far as the humidifier is concerned.

Junk! Look elsewhere
I was looking for a humidifier with white noise so I could hopefully combine two products into one. The fact that this bills itself as white noise is ridiculous because it's so quiet you can barely hear it even at its second and loudest setting. That's not the reason I'm giving it one star though. I'm giving it one star because it's been a week and now the thing won't work and it's not steaming/misting at all. I went to refill it hoping that that would solve the issue but now it's just flashing red. The troubleshooting outlined in the guide doesn't work so now I'm going to have to busy myself with returning this piece of junk. Wanted to save others the trouble.

We bought 4 of the black and blue version. They all suck 2 don't stay on and 2 leak . What a waist of many. I will stay away from this brand for sure. Only used for a couple of months. Got tired of dealing with water everywhere. And 2 machines not working at all

Loose seam led to pink mildew
After one season and meticulous cleaning, the basin developed pink mildew I cannot get out despite multiple attempts and re-cleaning. There seems to be a gap between the seams that created a space for mildew growth that cannot be cleaned. Please send a replacement basin. The motor also got louder after a few weeks, but the mildew bothers me more.

Loved the two previous cranes we owned, but was looking for something easier to clean with a larger capacity. This fit the bill and even exceeded my expectations! Love how quiet the motor is, and have enjoyed the essential oil pad addition. The sound machine is nice and not too loud, and the lights, while I rarely use, are nice and soft as well. Overall a wonderful purchase and upgrade! We may purchase a second one just to have.
