Q: My cool mist has been running for days since I came home from hospital. Lost user manual. After 60 hrs use, how long does it have to cool down to run another 60 hrs.

Q: Is this for winter since it’s says cool mist ??
A: Cool mist can be used any time of year - it means it doesn't use heat to create the steam, so you don't need to worry about burns!

Q: Is there a copy of the user guide with pictures online? I love this item but I’ve misplaced the user guide. After cleaning it out, I’m not sure what to do with the smallest piece. It has a curved end and looks like a cap.
