Not actually washable — stained table, clothing and skin
I bought these specifically because they are labeled “Washable Markers.” Unfortunately, our experience has been the opposite. The markers left pink staining all over our white craft table that I have not been able to remove. They also did not easily wash out of my kids’ clothing, and I had to scrub their hands to get the marker off their skin. I understand that not every surface is guaranteed to be stain-proof, but I expect a children’s marker prominently marketed as “washable” to wash reasonably easily from children’s hands and washable clothing. These did not. The retractable design is a great idea, but the ink makes these a complete miss for us. I would not purchase them again and would not recommend them as a washable marker.

Red & black don’t match swatch
Hobby artist, I mostly use pens and mechanical pencils. Caps can be annoying to keep track of so when I saw these I was excited, and they work really well for the most part. However the red does not match the example at all, SUPER desaturated plum color instead of the firetruck red advertised. Especially frustrating since red is one of the “main” colors. The black is also more of a very dark green. Good besides color discrepancies

I was excited about these because my toddler struggled to get the caps off and back on the markers, so the click function was a great solution. Unfortunately, two of the markers were already dried out when we opened them, and the other ones are starting to dry out pretty fast.

Not washable!
I seem to remember reading that these were washable, but I can't wash it off our walls or coffee table. Never buying these again! If "not washable" isn't an issue, they're great and no choking hazard from the caps. I did not experience the drying others were complaining about in a couple years of ownership.

I love these markers for traveling or to take into restaurants but frustrating they dry out so fast for the money. They last half as long as regular markers.
